The Capitol Prison (Ian)

The Capitol prison was far from a normal prison. It wasn't dark and smelly like a castle dungeon, it was bricked up and cold like a sheriffs jail cells, it wasn't a high security prison with guards and electric fences. It was pink and blue.

There was flashing lights and it was a large room. The cells were holes in the floor. The guards could see the cells from a balcony above. It was a relatively small prison, but I guess the Capitol didn't have many criminals.

To rescue Leona, I'd have to shut off the lights, that'd be easy to do with a short supply of guards. I then needed to distract the guards, hopefully the shutting off of the lights should do the trick.

I look around, still out of sight. There was one staircase on the opposite side of the room. I'd have to sneak around, under the balcony and remain in the shadows.

Great, hope I don't die.
