Chapter four

The Perfect Fall Chapter 4

*Anna’s POV*

We arrived at the cabin at 3 PM, we get our things from the back of the car.

 “Oh I’ll get that!” said Liam with a smile.

“Thanks,” I smile back. 

We walk into the cabin and find our rooms. The boys are on the top level, girls on the very bottom, and Zayn and Perrie on the middle floor where the living room and kitchen were. Liam set my bag down on my bed.

“Um I wanted to ta-“ Liam began.

Sophia walked in putting her bags down.

“Hey Liam I think the boys are making a fire, they want you to help bring in some wood.”

“Um ok,” Liam said looking apologetically at me.

We go upstairs and I put a kettle of water on the stove. It wasn’t until it started snowing heavily and the sun had set, that we realize the heater isn’t working. We gathered all the blankets we could fine and made the fire.

Harry and Sophia were busy being glued to each other in the corner of the room. Emily and Niall sat cuddled together on the end of the long couch. Zayn and Perrie sat on the floor talking quietly. Eleanor sat in Louis’ lap on the floor. Then there was Liam who was sitting on the other side of Niall, and me sitting alone in an armchair. We turn on a movie and sat quietly watching…well some of us watched. I was freezing in the chair by myself, but I didn’t want to say anything. Louis got up to call the electrician.

“Hi, this is Carli! What can I help you with?”

“Um ya hi, our heater is broken and its like 34 degrees outside. I was hoping we could have someone come fix it?” asked Louis.

“Unfortunately were just closing for today, but I can be there between 11 and 12 tomorrow morning.”

“Ok thanks” said Louis.

“No problem! Try not to freeze your balls off!” she said with a laugh and then hung up.

 “So the electrician won’t be able to come until tomorrow, so we will just have to deal with the cold tonight.” Louis told us.

 “That’s ok Niall’s like a walking fire.” Emily said cuddling up to him.

*Liam’s POV*

“Hey Liam, will you help me with the tea?” Zayn yelled from the kitchen. I walk in, “So its kinda awkward that your not dating any one, and every one else here is” said Zayn.

“It’s not my fault the girl I fancy doesn’t like me back.” I say looking down.     “And who would that be?” Zayn asked.

 “Doesn’t really matter seeing as she doesn’t like me.”

“Just tell me Liam!” Zayn says impatiently.

I look over to the couch to make sure Anna couldn’t hear us.  

“You like Anna, don’t you?” asked Zayn.

“Ssshhh! Don’t let her hear!”

“Mate you gotta tell her how you feel, maybe she fancies you too,” said Zayn. “I cant, if she doesn’t then it will be so awkward, and it will mess everything up,” I protest to Zayn.

 “Fine, but I think you should tell her,” he replys and walks back into the living room.

 I look over at Anna who is sitting wrapped in her blanket biting her lower lip, making me want her to be mine more than ever.
