What am I?

I was up in the middle of the night, in the middle of no where, either I was dreaming or this was real. Sitting down on the grass cats were coming up to me purring and rubbing next to me. I just petted them subconsciously, I was very deep in thought.

I reconnected with my family, I found my true love, but I don't think I have found my meaning in life. Sure life is a thing you get to live in everyday, but you need a reason to keep it. To protect it. To deserve it. All I have done is bad except today, but I want that good to last forever. I have never killed but hurt, hunt and scar.

Mabey I can go good and save lives, help people, but I love to steal, the thrill the chase the feeling of it all. Its not like anything I can ever get from anything else, the secret of what I am and what I do. I ponder over this for hours ever since I left Tim's house, it's been in my mind ever since. Until it hit me... literally. A ball of yarn hit me on my chest, it was black and it was Catwoman's, I read the note that was attached to the yarn which said,

"Come home."

I held the ball in my hand, got up and the cats started to lead me back home. While going back I left a trail of yarn to that place cause I would like to go back for when I wanted to clear my head. Once the yarn was done I was standing in the backyard, I walked inside and found the whole gang inside. I speak first,

"Hey guys what are you all doing here?"

Selina stepped foward from the crowd and took both of my hands and looked me straight in the eyes.

"Cait. Maybe we shouldn't move, maybe what we want is here. It might not seem like it but this is our family our friends, our life. If we move it might not ever be the thing we want and here its exciting thrilling, its where we belong."

Harely steps up too and stands behind Selina,

"Yeah, puddin' Imma really miss you if you leave, especially our special jail breaks at the zoo."

Ivy commands a vine to gently caress my face to look her direction and responds,

"C'mon Cait you can't just leave us and all our history, think about our funtime."

She winks and smiles, commanding the vine to let my face go. Katana an ally we also bring along to our group heists sometimes, stepped up to speak,

" How about we take our shopping sprees on the road if you really want out. Just a break all of us together out in the world hand in hand."

Selina then adds in making me look back at her,

"Because this will always be home not to you or to me but to us... All of us. So..... What do you say?"

Unsure I respond,

"I don't know I want a normal life but I want what we have already, I want both."

Selina thinks a while and responds excited by her idea,

"How about we start a nirmal life as Cait and Selina, and when we want to we can be CW and TT? Would that be okay?"

I respond a little shocked,

"Really? You would do that for me?"

Harely chimes in excited as always,

"We all will, isn't that right fellas?"

Everyone responded with sincerity,

"yeah"

I think a while to process it all and finally respond,

"Okay then, we're staying."

Everyone cheers and hugs and we celebrate. I grab Selina's face and kiss her lips, she kisses back, we can hear everyone cheer but it feels like they are so far away. We break for air and go back to celebrations.
