Back at Her Place

We talked and laughed all the way till we reached her door. It felt like that moment in a romcom were the guy kisses the girl good night then leaves until they meet again for the next date. But we were both women so it was a bit awkward because we knew we had intimate tension between each other but we were both a bit hesitant so that we didn't come off as too forward. Why I don't know, We danced at a strip club and she even gave me a lap dance last night for Christ's sake!!! Finally after a long silence she decided to invite me in to warm up and a glass of milk, I accepted it of course.

As we walked in I closed the door behind me as Selina went to the kitchen to pour us two glasses of milk. We met in the living room and sat on her couch near the fireplace to get warm. I still noticed an awkward tension and there was no way in hell I was going to lose Selina even just as a friend. I had to say something, so I took a deep breath and so did Selina to prepare herself to speak. But I broke the silence first,

"Selina I really like you!"

Her eyes widened, she didn't reply she just looked at me shocked. She didn't say a word, so to break the silence I looked into her eyes and said again,

"I really like you".

It felt so good saying those words to her, I felt that a weight was lifted of my shoulders. I noticed her silence and the look on her face was deep in thought. I got worried, what if she doesn't feel the same? What if all the romantic tension was just in my head? I bent my head down not being able to make eye contact with her I was so embarrassed and said,

"It's okay if you don't like me back I was jus-"

That was went I felt her soft warm hand on my face, she lifted my head up to look at her and she kissed me. True I was caught off guard at first but then feeling her warmth in the kiss, as if she was saying,

"I like you too"

I kissed her back tilting my head to the side and positioning my self so that my legs wrapped around her hips. She then licked and bit my bottom lip for entrance. I gave it to her slowly, as we kissed our tongues wrestled for dominance. I surprisingly won. Her hands were holding my thigh and lower back. While mine just held her gorgeous face. I arched my back in order to feel her closer to me. My tongue roamed in her mouth making her moan. I smirked into the kiss knowing that I was the one who made her moan. When we both felt need for air I let her go from my grasp and we parted ourselves away from each other and gasped for air. After finally catching our breath we both smiled and looked into each others eyes and said simultaneously,

"Wow. . ."

I never new she was such a great kisser ,but hey who's complaining I know I wasn't. I knew she was flirting and that it was a long shot for me to even tell her how I felt. Let alone have those feelings reflected back. But with that amazing kiss that literally left me breathless, I was over the moon happy. That kissed confirmed that she liked me too. Even though we just met yesterday there was just a something that made us, 'us'. She finally spoke after catching her breath as we stared into each others eyes,

"I like you to, and I would like to make you my partner, in crime... Katy. Literally. Hahaha"

She saw my eyes widen and my face shocked, to say I was surprised was an understatement. Sure I have been thinking of the possibility of being her partner once or twice, but to actually hear her say it made it official . I wasn't scared, I knew that as long as I was with her everything would be fine. I finally replied with a smile,

"I thought you'd never ask."

I grabbed her face again and pecked her lips softly and quickly, smiling into the kiss. She smiled and held both of my hands in hers and gave them a soft squeeze. We cuddled and she began to play with my hair as we talked about when we'll start training and what my hero/ villain name would be. I came up of a flirty name and said,

"How about Kitten?"

I winked and she giggles at the name. I could get used to this 'us', the way we talked and touched it was comforting and exciting. We agreed that next week we will start my training and that I should quit my night job and get a day job with Selina. When ending our conversation with an exchange of numbers she officially welcomed me to the Gotham City Sirens.
