I Can't Wait Forever (C.H)

Chapter 2

ALIAHS P.O.V.
I stared at them all in turn, "Its not a bad idea, A" Autumn said with a smile, "I know but... I mean, can we really do it?" I asked, once again doubting myself, "Of course we can!" She replied, "Okay, okay... Let's do it!" I smiled, "But we'll have to fix it around work" I told them, "Okay, well I have work every weekday from 8am to 3pm" Autumn told me, "I have work every weekday from 8pm to 1am" I replied, "Okay, and I have it every weekday from 7am to 3pm" Scarlett told us, "And I have to work every weekday except Thursdays from 8am to 3pm" Alex piped up, "Okay... So let's plan a time for rehearsals..." I said, "Yeah, but let's go somewhere else" Autumn laughed, I nodded as we slowly began walking to our usual place, the shipwreck, it was an actual shipwreck but had been cleaned out, we all sat down on one of the sofas that had been put in there, "Okay, so... Rehearsals could start at 5pm and finish at 7pm on a weekday" I told them, they all nodded in agreement with me, "And... Uh... Whatever weekends we can" I added, "Yeah, that'll work" Autumn replied, "What instruments are we all gonna play though?" Alex asked, "Well... I can do drums" Autumn smiled, "I'll take the acoustic guitar" I smiled, "I can do the bass" Scarlett piped up, "I can do electric guitar" Alex smiled, "Okay. Well... Now that's sorted. I gotta get back. See y'all later." I said as we all stood up, "Aliah... What day we gonna start doing rehearsals?" Autumn asked me, "Uh... We'll start Saturday" I told her, she nodded as we arrived back at my house, "We'll need somewhere to record videos though..." I told them, "My house" Alex smiled, I nodded my head before hugging them all goodbye, "See y'all tomorrow" I smiled, they hugged me back, "Yeah, see ya A" they replied in unison before walking away and heading to their own houses.
I slowly made my way into mine to see my mum staring at me, "Where'd you go?" She asked, "To the shipwreck" I replied with a light shrug before walking up to my bedroom, I kicked off my shoes before putting my iPhone in the doc and pressing play on the music, Little Things by One Direction started playing, I smiled to myself before laying back on my bed and closing my eyes.
Before I knew it I was been shaken awake, "Aliah!" I heard my mum call, I hadn't even realized I fell asleep, my eyes fluttered open and I saw my mum staring down at me, "Aliah, you're gonna be late for work!" She told me, I glanced at her then at the clock, "Shit!" I whispered as I quickly stood up, my mum left the room and I quickly began throwing on my work uniform, I pulled my shoes on and unplugged my phone from the charger, I slid my phone in my pocket and ran down the stairs as fast as I could, "I'm off!" I yelled before running out of the door and jumping onto the nearest bus, I paid for my ticket before sitting down, if Calum was still here I wouldn't have even fallen asleep, I'd probably be talking to him. The bus soon pulled up at my work place and I was snapped out of my thoughts, I quickly climbed off the bus and headed over to the diner, I walked in and was greeted by my boss, "Aliah! Welcome back!" He cheered, I did a light smile before walking to the back and hanging my bag and coat up, I then tied my apron thing around my waist, as I walked out I grabbed two plates and began walking over to the table they needed taking to, I placed them in front of the people with a smile and walked away. And so the night continued.

It was soon 1AM however and the diner was closing, "Alright folks! Time to go!" My boss shouted to the remaining people in the diner, they all walked out as I grabbed my coat and bag, "I heard your brother has moved to London now" My boss said from behind me, "Yeah, he has" I replied as I pulled my hood up, "Well... I hope he enjoys it" he smiled before walking away, "Yeah, g'night Tom!" I called to him before walking out of my workplace, there'd be no buses going now which meant the hour and half walk home, I began thinking about this band that me and the girls were gonna be starting, it should be fun.
