Rebeccas POV
"GOOD MORNING LOVELY!" I quickly opened my eyes alarmed by the sudden shout produced by my incredibly enthusiastic father. I turned to look at my clock by my bedside table. '1:00am', really dad? I think to myself, On the first day of summer vacation? I turn my gaze to my father and glare at him playfully. "Why?" I ask, shoving him slightly. He smiles, "Because it's only your 15th birthday once and your daddy and I want it to be a great one! So, get up! We've got a surprise for you!". He bolted from my bed side and cheerfully skipped out the door. I groaned, but couldn't keep a smirk off my face. I pulled off the covers and began to get dressed. I wore blue skinny jeans with a white blouse that gave me a playful yet respectful vibe. I brushed my long brown hair and slipped on my glasses. I didn't bother putting on makeup, I didn't really like the idea of it, it made me feel... fake, like I was hiding myself in products, so I just put on some lip gloss to give my appearance a little personality.
I hoped out of my room and made my way to the breakfast table. My dad was sitting down with some coffee, as my other dad sat next to him reading the first Harry Potter noval almost the 100th time again. I sat down, and grabbed an apple from a bowl of fruit on the counter. "So," my dad began as I looked up to meet his eyes. My daddy dropped his book and turned his attention to me as well. "Well daddy and I were talking to our friends Dan and Phil, you know, the ones you met in Florida?" I nodded attentively. "Well, they'd like us to go visit them and their girls in London! How's that sound? The plane leaves in a couple hours, so get ready and pack!" I felt my heart stop. London? London England? That was the last place I wanted to be. I didn't really know anyone, plus, Dan and Phil were kind of strange in a sense. But considering the excitement on my father's faces, I decided to play along and fake as smile "That sounds great! Thank you guys." I gave both of them a hug and walked to my room the pack
It isn't easy traveling when both of your parents are Internet sensations. My dad, Troye Sivan, is fantastic musician who has sold out concerts, and meet and greets. And my other dad, Connor Franta, is a YouTuber who does stupid pranks and challenges that are apparently hilarious, when, I don't really see the hilarity of it all. So, it's so difficult to travel. We're either stopped by a crazed fan who needs autographs, or a group of people who want pictures to show their friends. Either way, we're almost always late for takeoff. But for some reason, not today. We weren't stopped once, which was kind of nice.
When we finally got to our seats on the plane, the speaker flicked on. "Please get in your seats the plane will be taking off in 1 minute". I popped in my head phones and started listening to Drake. This was going to be an expirience. And I wasn't sure if I was ready for it. I looked at both of my dad's who were both already resting their heads on each other asleep, and turned my gaze to the window as we took off to England.
