Harry this isn't an apartment- this is a hotel!" I exclaim as we step into our new flat.

"Well kind of- but who cares? You don't need to clean," He shrugs, bringing in our luggage.

"Oh- I don't need to clean?! I'm letting you know now mister that if you thought that I'll be sitting at home cleaning and cooking waiting for you to get back from your races then you are mistaken," I say firmly, my hands on my hips.

"Oh yeah?" He lets the bags down and takes a step towards me. I nod my head, my frown still in tack.

A devilish grin appears on his face before he wraps his arms around me and throws me over his shoulder.

I screech as he paces over to the bedroom and drops me onto the bed while climbing over me.

"Say that again!" He demands, arms on each side of my head.

"I will not cook or clean for you! I am no maid mister racesr!" I scoff.

Harry starts to tickle me then making me giggle and scream trying to break free of me.

"Are you giving in now?"

"Nooooo!" I screech.

"No winning with you is there?" He sits up, giving me a chance to catch my breath.

"Is this where you stayed these last couple months before coming back to get me?" I question looking around while brushing my hair out of my face.

"Yep, but we got up graded to a bigger flat since my girl gets only the best of the best!" He snuggles up to me.

"And to think that a moment ago you said I'll be cleaning and cooking for you," I narrow my eyes with a smirk.

"Shut up and come here," He pulls me closer kissing my lips.

"We need to unpack," I whisper to him, thought I really don't want to move from where I am.

"It can wait.. I want to lay here with you," He murmurs, his eyes closed.

I kiss his nose and tuck my head under his chin. Yes, our things can wait.

The next day Harry took us to the tracks. They are much bigger and fancier then the ones back home, being the sport is more popular in the US.

I pace after him as this guy Zach shows him the different things he needs to know.

Harry's car was shipped over, and this lad named Matt is taking over Zayn's job with fixing it making sure to keep to Harry's high standards.

However, Harry is far from delighted making sure Matt talks to Zayn since he is not trusting with other people's mechanics.

I am board and thinking that I should have just stayed at home when Harry reaches, holding his hand out for me.

I suppress a smile and take it, closing my fingers around his thumb. I feel his fingers close over my own and suddenly I am happy I came not wanting to miss this for the world.

"So you make sure you talk to Zayn- it should make a purring noise not this noise," Harry tells Matt.
"But the louder it is-"
"I don't care how loud people here like their engines- mine should be as silent as it can! I don't want them to hear me coming," He explains, containing his frustration.
"I should have made Zayn come with me- these people know nothing," Harry huffs when we head back.
"You just need to get used to them Harry... its hard adjusting to new people."

"Cassie.. I was here for three months and I can tell you I am shocked their cars even run."
Instead of commenting I snuggle up to him taking in his smell feeling the happiest I have ever felt.
"Let's go down town!" Harry decides. I agree since I am always up to anything that has to do with the both of us.
It seems like driving on the other side of the road is no problem for him, making it look so easy.
"Harry... maybe I should learn how to drive.." I say as he parks.
"You do?" He glances over at me.
"I think it.. it might be time," I exhale, remembering Ed's words from a while back- it might be good to face my fears head on then running away from them.
"Maybe," He eyes me. I can tell he doesn't like the idea of me driving so I let it go for now.
We walk down the high streets hand in hand. It is so different from Watford since here no one recognizes Harry. No one knows who he is so we don't get stopped and I get to have him all to myself.
"Let's cross- I'd like to see that store," I pull Harry after me. I look to see there are no cars as I step down into the street.
Suddenly I am yanked back, Harry pressing hard into my arm.
Right where I stepped down, a bus passes.
"Cassie!" Harry scolds me.
"I didn't see it- I am used to looking the other way- I'm sorry!" I hurry to say.
"And you want to learn to drive here? You can't even cross the road safely!" He exclaims. People are watching us and suddenly I don't want to see the shop across the street, I don't feel like seeing any shop.
"Hey..." Harry leans down, swiping a lock of hair out of my face.
I gaze up at him.
"I'm sorry... I just... I got a fright.. I'm sorry ok?" He repeats.
I nod, letting his apology work on me and my hurt washes away.
I take hold of his hand, linking our fingers and we cross. This time I look both ways.
The day ends up being a nice one and at the end of it we head back to the flat with our bags of new things and full bellies.
Once home Harry and I take time to unpack some of our last things we didn't yet get around to touch.
We are stood in the closet putting away clothes, Harry reaching to the top shelves while I take on the lower ones.
"Harry... I was thinking.." I start. I notice out of the corner of my eye him stopping and turning to me. I know pitching Harry new ideas is hard since he likes being in control and working towards new things very slowly.
"So.. I thought.. Maybe I should sign up for some classes while we're here- you know.. Be productive with my time.. You'll be out on the tracks working and I-"
"You'll be out there with me!" He cuts in.
"Well... no.. not always.." I finally stop what I'm doing and glance up at him.
"What do you mean not always? You can't stay on your own- you don't know this place and it's not as safe as Watford," He states.
"I'll get to know the place... seriously Harry! You can't honestly think I'll fallow you 24/7 I mean that is crazy!"
"What's so bad about it?"
" Because Harry.. As much as I love you, if I don't do my own thing- like get a job or take classes I'll resent you and this city.." I say quietly.
"Alright.. ok.. yeah.. I guess you're right.. just.." He says after a short pause.
"You're scared- I'm scared too, but you can't always be there.." I repeat words that Nan used to say.
"Where would you like to get a job? I can ask some of the people I know to give you a job or something-"
"Harry," I get up and place my hands on his torso. I look up at him as his hands cover mine.
"Don't hate me.. But I want to do this on my own.. find a job on my own without connections to you.. Does that make sense?"
He exhales and moves his hands to my cheeks.
"Ok," He agrees.
"Ok?" I'm surprised at how fast he agrees with me, sure I'd need to pave my way to him agreeing slower then it took.
"Yes.. Alright.. I understand.. You need to miss me some," He smirks and I punch him playfully.
I get back to my unpacking then, refolding everything that has come out of the suitcase.
"Cass.." Harry says, making me turn to him.
"Are you regretting coming here with me?" His voice is low and he is watching me carefully trying to pick up on a lie.
I step away from my pile and shift closer to him. I look up at him making sure to glance him straight in the eye.
"Never would I! Harry... I love you more than anything.. You're all I have.. I go where you go.. Ok?" I whisper.
I watch him process my words and nod.
"Cassie and Harry take over the USA" He gives me his half smile, making one dimple show.
"Harry and Cassie.. forever!" I claim.
"Yes! Cassie and Harry forever," He agrees, folding me into his arms.
I wonder what brought on this lack of confidence, however I push it out of my mind knowing that over thinking it won't do me any good.
We go back to putting stuff away and getting the flat sorted out.
I wish I knew then that soon after things will take a turn to the worst.. Maybe then I could have done something to stop it. I wish I knew. I wish I could.
