Long, long ago in Egypt, there was a great and powerful Pharaoh.
He came from a line of great and well love Pharaohs, who had made Egypt a great and powerful country.
But this Pharaoh was cruel. He rules his lands with a iron fist, and had no mercy. He was respected, but greatly feared.
His mother begged day and night for him to change his cruel ways, but the pharaoh payed no heed.
She warned him, warned him that the gods would get back at him, but he ignored her.
And then, one day, right out of the blue, a young maiden just landed
-plop!- right in the middle of his castle, with a sudden message from the gods, claiming that she was there to tame the Pharaoh's ice cold heart.
And that if he pushes her away, the gods would punish not only the pharaoh, but Egypt as well.

You know of the days where you think that it couldn't possibly get worse, because it's already terribly horrible to begin with, but then get even worse?
Delphine has had plenty of those days.
Having found out that her boyfriend of two years has been cheating on her with her bestfriend, failing her math and English tests, and then getting beaten but her so called 'family', Delphine is sick and tired of life.
The only happiness in her life is singing, dancing and ancient mythology.
So falling into the ancient Egyptian world, was a little bit exciting.
Can Delphine melt the ive cold Pharaoh's heart? Or will he kill her on site?
