The bell rang, oh God, I stood up from my seat in chemistry class. All the kids in my class piled up at the door to exit the room, I couldn't help but sigh knowing it would be too late to walk to my next class without getting pushed and shoved. I decided to wait patiently, maybe if I waited a while, the hallways would clear up right? Haha, Wrong! It felt like two million other kids started barging into the classroom, pushing me aside not letting me get through. I sighed, knowing I'd be late to English. God I hate school. I started pushing people as well, I wasn't going to risk it, I hate being the last person in the classroom having everyone stare you down until you reach your seat.

I made it through the group of idio- I mean students, the hallways where starting to clear up, thank the Heavens! I started walking towards my next class and payed no attention whatsoever at what was going on around me, I like to stay quiet and ignore everyone. I'm not interested in hearing that the schools biggest slut, is possibly pregnant. I don't care about everyone else's issues, I've got problems of my own.

I felt a pair of eyes on me which I ignored, probably some snobby girl criticizing my outfit. I'm not a person that like to dress up a lot, I had a messy bun, large maroon sweatshirt with black leggings and some light-brown ugg boots. Fancy, right? I couldn't help but try and find out who kept looking at me, I kept my head down a little and moved my eyes to where I felt the eyes where. I couldn't stop feeling so insecure, did I start my period already? I felt my face heat up just by thinking of that possibility. I started fast walking to my next class, when I felt someone tap my shoulder lightly. I turned around to see a short girl with glasses, braces, a vest and some neon converse. One green, the other a fluorescent hot pink.

"You dropped your pencil." She said shyly. She carried a nervous smile. I said a simple, "Thank you." I flashed her a smile, and reached to get my, oh so chic, mechanical pencil. A wave of relief hit me when I realized that it wasn't my monthly cycle that came to surprise me, and that I was only 20 feet from my classroom.

I continued fast walking, I only had about 30 seconds before the bell rang. I picked my pace up a little, I entered the room and rushed to my seat, realizing that there's still more people to come, hallelujah, I smiled to myself, I felt like such a boss. I put my flower printed school bag on top of my desk and started taking my English text book out. I felt someone sit on the desk on
the left of mine, the smell of a sexy cologne tickled my nose. I took a silent, deep breathe. I looked to my side and watched as the one and only, Luke Hemmings, the sex God of the school took his books out of his black Jansport backpack.

I quickly turned back to what I was doing, I didn't need him seeing me drooling all over my desk. He gets enough of that anyway. I took out the homework from last night, I stared at it for no reason at all. I knew it was good, it was complete and neat.

We where thirty minutes into the class, when Luke started stretching, oh sweet Jesus. I tried to make it not so obvious that I was staring, I accidentally made eye-contact with him and snapped my head towards the teacher. I started blushing. That's freaking embarrassing, he's going to think I'm a creep. I thought. I sighed, he's probably used to it. I brushed it off and began listening to my English teacher, Mrs. Hagnus. She was cool, but the things she taught where horrible, she hasn't stopped talking since the bell rang, about some grammar thing, if you where curious. She told us to write down some notes she had on the board. I took a pencil out and began writing.

"Hey," I looked up to see what else I was supposed to write down. "Psst.. Uh.. Jasmine!" Done. I was now playing with my pink nail polish covered nails. I suddenly was interrupted by a tap on my left shoulder. I turned to see Mr. Sexy looking at me. Oh he was talking to me... Realization hit me. "What?" I said as I tried not to blush and drool all over the place. He's talking to me. Oh my god, this is actuall- "do you have a pencil?" He said with no emotion whatsoever. I handed him the pencil I used to write my notes down, he gave a simple smile. No 'thank you'? He never returned my pencil, we didn't really need it, Mrs. Hagnus kept talking, I decided to tune out, if it's important she'll make us write it down, right?

The bell rang, finally the last class of today! I got up and started heading towards the door, I was stopped by a handsome Luke. "Jasmine!" I turned around. "It's Jennifer." I corrected. "Yeah, Jennifer." He said as he got closer. Is he going to ask me to be his girlfriend? He believes in love at first sight? Is he going to ask me to homecoming? He stood there right in front of me. My heart began racing, I felt like there wasn't enough air- correction; What is air?
