He was everywhere, all I see, all I feel. I stand alone with him as my only company. The enemy isn't the real enemy. He is the enemy. He aided the outcome of this bloodbath. He is death and he is unstoppable.
2 years ago I was a hunter. Now Death is hunting me. I shot well, he shoots better. I entered this war and he desires I exit it.
He shoots, he hits. He never misses and I am his target. I lay on the ground amid my fallen comrades. Death has prevailed, he won. There are no survivors. It will be a long time until I see my baby again.
