At one point the girl didn't care. At one point she could smile, laugh, skip, play, and dance. What happened to her? She grew up. She quit laughing, she quit playing, and skipping, and dancing. She found her flaws. She hated them. She was scared of others and what they would say. She cared what they thought. Her very soul depended on other people's opinions. No more would she hop, jump, song, or dance. She was only 16, but she knew she was still dependant, and always would be. Dependant on society and its approval. She didn't care though. Her own approval wasn't enough. Her confidence came from the followers and likes she had. She strived for and thrived off of society's approval. She was too far gone to go back to being carefree. She was the poster child of society. Someone with no direction, someone with no voice. When society changed she would change too. She couldn't survive without society because she knew no other way.
