Sorry I haven't updated in forever!! I've been super busy with school but since I'm out for the summer I should be updating more!

"My name is Matthew Espinosa"
Those words rang in my ears and I slowly looked up from my book.
It was him. It was Matthew. He looked taller and a lot more muscular than when we were 15. Two years really made a difference, huh...His hair was longer and darker and his eyes were brighter.
He didn't even glance at me, but I kept my eyes on him as he walked towards the back of the room.
I turned back around in my seat and looked at my desk, my eyes wide.
I can't believe he's here. He's back home...
After the bell rang I jumped up and grabbed the book I was reading and my bag before walking to Matthew, anticipating his reaction when he sees me.
"M-Matthew?" I asked, cursing myself for being so nervous.
He looked at me and it took him a second but I think realization finally hit him and he grinned.
"Emily?" He asked, surprising me by his sudden happiness.
I nodded quickly, not being able to stop myself from the smile that tugged at the corner of my lips.
"Oh my god! It's been so long" he exclaimed, pulling me into a hug. I immediately hugged back.
I knew today wouldn't be a great day...
He pulled away and looked at me "you're taller...and you got highlights" he noticed, fluffing my hair at the right side of my face.
I laughed "you're even taller now. You are finally taller then me" I joked. "When did you get back?" I asked
"I got back Saturday. I didn't know you came to this school," he said. "wanna come over to my house? My parents probably wanna see you" he said with a slight shrug.
"Sure. Let's go" I said, grabbing his wrist and pulling him towards the door ad then out of the school before realizing he probably didn't live where he used to when we were fifteen. I looked at him, "where do you live?"
He laughed, I missed his laugh. It's deeper now, but still has that same airiness to it. ((Don't know if I just made up a word there...))
He grabbed my wrist this time and pulled me to the right.
God I missed him so much.
