We all sat in the waiting room waiting on an update status on Ayanna. Og almost had a heart attack when she found out it was Ayanna that got hit.

Everybody rushed to the hospital and now we were now just waiting. Zai and Herb were playing with London who kept going back and forth between the two. You could tell Zai was trying to put on a smile for London.

Mally was quiet and he just had tears on his face. He would wipe them away and just stare at the wall while Jamiyah leaned on his shoulder.

"Gotti"

I lifted my head up looking at Zai

"I don't know" She shook her head

"Zai she—"

"No, I don't know. I don't know what I'm gonna do, I should've been there. I should've been telling her about the stupid shit she did instead of letting her continue. I'ma fucked up big sister"

"You know you ain't no damn fucked up person, quit saying that"

"But Gotti I am !" She looked up at me "I let her do dumb shit and laugh at it. What if she don't make it g ? All them gon' be looking at me like why didn't I lead her in the right direction. Then they gon' come after og cause she let her 18 year old daughter get pregnant"

"Zai calm down" Tyla hushed her "Bitch your fine, ain't shit wrong with you. You see that lil girl over there ? She bad as fuck but you doing a good job with her, along with her box head daddy. Ayanna gon' be fine so don't discredit your ass like you ain't been a good ass sister"

"Exactly, so shut the hell up and get your bad ass kid cause if she pull my hair one more time I'm gon kick her ass down" Avi said handing London over to Zai

"She ain't bad, she just wanna play"

"Well I don't wanna play with her heavy handed ass"

A doctor finally came out after we even waiting for over three hours.

"Family of Ayanna Johnson"

"Finally fucking lee, fuck was y'all ass doing all this damn time. A real nigga hungry" Squeak said before Og hushed him

"Well, good news is she's alive" He said and we all let out a deep breath "She's a strong girl, she survived from a head shot and we lost her pulse on the way to the hospital"

"What's the bad news since you covering it up" Zai rolled her eyes at him

"Well as you know, she was shot five times. Once in the head, twice in the right arm, another hit her right leg, and the last hit her in her jaw"

"Got damn" Bucks mumbled

"Her shoulder was also dislocated and we had to perform the surgeries quickly and were able to stop all of the bleeding"

"So she don't got no memory lost or nothing ?" Avi questioned

"She might not remember certain things, but as long as you remind her about them she should be good" He nodded

"Thank you doctor" Og smiled

"You're welcome, but her jaw has been wired shut because of the shot to the face"

"So we can't hear her talk for how long ?" I asked

"For about 6 to 7 weeks. I'll give you a list of things she'll be able to consume"

"She awake or y'all done drug her up ?" Squeak asked being dumb

"You couldn't have said that any better than that" Tyla mugged him
