So I haven't updated in a while and I'm really sorry about that. I'm not going to lie and try to make up and excuse as to why I haven't updated in a while. To be honest, it totally skipped my mind that I still had a story going on. I won't make promises but i'll try to atleast update very single week.
Until then, here's another chapter!

Our eyes interlocked. Sparks of electricity soared through my entire body. It felt like pure and utter bliss. I just wanted to go on my knees and say 'take me I'm yours'. But then realisation dawned on me.
What has the Moon Goddess done? To pair me up with a monster? A man who killed more people than I can count with my fingers?

I can already tell that he'll be the death of me. With the looks of a god who could deny this demonic sex god ?
His unruly black , straight hair fell between his eyes , as he looked me up an down. A groan of appreciation came out of his plump lips, which made my cheeks flame. I looked away from his heated stare . My wolf was starting to get excited.
'Mate. Go to mate' my wolf said.
She was completely forgetting about his reputation.
'I want mate'
I couldn't handle meeting his alluring gaze. It would just send my wolf into a frenzy and make her offer me on a full platter. Just as he was about to approach me, as well as my friends to wish me a 'Happy Birthday', I ran inside the school.
I ran as fast as I could towards my locker. Suddenly, I clashed against an hard object.
Landing straight on my backside, I look up to see Xavier looking down at me.
"Someone's excited for first period". He sniggered, while his mates were trying to mask their laughs. I always hated his bunch.
They were a bunch of posers using lame lines to pick up girls. I mean what else should they do? They are after all unmated males that have needs.
I on the other hand always vowed to keep myself for my mate. A promise I have kept till this day.
But from the rumours that go around about Dexter I don't even want to think about the countless numbers of girls that he has been in his bed. Thinking of it makes my blood boil.
Nick came up from behind Xavier and held his hand out to me. Giving him a smile, I took it and he lifted me up. Nick is the only one that I genuinely like out of the three. There's Cody, Nick and Toby.
Cody has very sharp features and vivid green eyes. With his deep and dark complexion, it's no wonder girls find him so attractive.
Whereas, Nick and Toby might be identical twins and share the same striking blue eyes and tousled blonde hair, personality wise they are complete opposites.
Nick is the more quiet and understanding twin, while Toby is the louder one and speaks enough for both of them.
If you would have just met them, you would have never been able to tell them apart. I was the same.But slowly you would be able to work out who is who. Nick has a beauty spot on his chin and Toby near his right eye.
"Thank you Nick".
"You okay?". He asked, concerned as I had fallen pretty hard.
"I'm good, thanks. Glad to know that somebody cares". I said, giving the other boys dirty glares.
They just continued sniggering in return.
" Come on, don't be like that" Xavier pouted.
" I can show you how much I care later on tonight, babe" Toby drawled, earning a punch from Xavier.
" Knock it off Toby. That's my sister youre talking to".
Toby was always the flirty type.
" See I would slap you but then that would be animal abuse".
With that said, I walked away into Maths just as the bell struck.

The bell rings signalling lunch break. During the first break had to explain to my friends why I acted the way I did earlier that morning . I didn't want to tell them about my mate just yet. It seemed too surreal for me as it was.
Although I was very popular among the students at my school , I only had one really close friend. Sierra.
I've known her since my diaper days, since she's the daughter of the Beta of our pack.We've been inseparable since. I wouldn't know what to do without her.
" I got you a little something " She said, handing me a birthday bag.
"You shouldn't have" I said, giving her a hug.
" Hello, you only turn 18 once".
Questa already turned 18 a few weeks ago but hasn't found her mate yet. That's why as where I'm glad that I found my mate within a matter of seconds I'm also confused as to how I was able to find him so quickly. About my mate. I have still yet to tell her.
I looked inside the bag and in there was silk. As I took it into my hands I realised what it was. Lingerie.
"Sierra". I semi-screamed, my eyes growing huge.
She chuckled." It's for your mate. For that special night". She said winking.
My cheeks blushed profusely. She was talking about the mating process.
"It might happen sooner than you think and when the time comes you'll thank me."
Her talking about my mate like that made me feel guilty about not telling her. I was just about to fess up when-
"Rose"
I looked up me to see Nick walking towards me.
"Oh, hey Nick"
"About my brother. I'm really sorry about him" He said, shaking his head.
"Don't worry about it. We all know what he's like" I said, smiling at him.
"Besides I also wanted to wish you a happy birthday" He said, smiling at me.
"Thank you Nick!"
And for the second time that day, someone barged me so that I fell into Nick's arms.
Luckily.
As I was about to thank him, the exit doors of the school opened and his scent consumed me.
I didn't have to turn around to know that it was him, by the way my heart started beating erratically.I knew it was him.
That's when I realised I was still in Nick's arms.
He let out a loud, menacing growl.
"Mine".
