Soul Seasons

When you smell life of the earth

Each green smells anew

And every fall comes with regret

And every winter too

And when Spring has just arrived,

And the grass will hardly show

But a sweet breeze blows from the south

To remind us it's budding soon

And even when the days are hot

Unbearable as they be

The scent of greens and living things

Makes life clearer to me.
