Bianca

I giggled a little as the petals of the cherry blossom tree fell to the ground, lightly brushing against my face as they dropped from the trees.

"Bianca! Big brother said to come back inside, dinners almost ready." Aiya, my older sister, called out to me from inside the house.

"A-Alright!" I said smiling at her as I stood up and brushed the dirt off my kimono. "I'll come back again tomorrow little ones." I quietly said to the Koi fish that were swimming in the garden pond, before heading into the castle.

"Would you like me to help you get ready for dinner, Lady Bianca?" A maid said as they caught up to me as I made my way to the dining hall.

"Oh no thank you, but thanks for offering. Your kindness is truely grateful." I said as I smiled at her.

"Thank you Lady Bianca, as is yours." She said before walking off.

Once the maid left, I was already at the door to the dining hall.
"Good evening, Lord Yuu." I greeted my brother as I took my seat at the table.

My brother was the oldest out of the rest of my siblings, there were twelve of us. But Yuu was the oldest and only son, giving him the right to be lord of Maori, which is our clan.

I'm the fifth youngest, but most of my sisters treat me rudely, I never know why. I'm always kind to them and share, I don't get it.

"How was your day Lord Yuu?" I asked him as we waited for the food to arrive.

"My day was actually quite well, thank you for the concern." He said sweetly in his deep voice.

Masako and Koko, my two older sisters began quitely chatting to each other for chuckling about.

"Here is your meal." A retainer said as he and a few others began bringing out our food.

As we ate, everyone made small talk amonst each other. But I wasn't usually involved in their conversations so, I zoned out a lot when we ate.

"Bianca? Bianca!" Aiya said, bringing my focus back to the table.

"I'm sorry, I zoned out a bit." I answered honestly.

"Well, I asked you a question Bianca. When are you actually going to be betroved? You are one of the few here who still hasn't been married off yet." Koko said a little snappy.

"But you aren't officially married yourself, you are only engaged at the moment." I said before taking another bite of my food.

"Your right. I shouldn't have asked, you wouldn't understand anyways. Its bad enough your an idiot as it is." She remarked.

I almost chocked on my food. The air in the room became a little tense.

I didn't want to start anything so I just took a deep breath. "May I be excused?" I ask Yuu.

He nodded as he continued eating.

I just got up from the table and apologized for leaving so early heading to my quarters to sleep.
