I'm finally back from touring and I'm so happy . Don't get me wrong I love touring but my body needs rest. I'm heading over to the label to see my dad , He's the CEO of the company . His name is Allen Iverson Fenty but he goes by AI . He's been rushing me to get back because he says he has a surprise for me.
I pull up to the building and I head to my fathers office

''Hey dad'' I say as I walk over to him and hug him
''Hey baby. I missed you.. How you feeling?'' He asks
''I'm feeling good just a little tired. My body definitely needs rest''
''Yeah I know so I'm not gonna hold you long but I need to talk to you about something''
''Okay .. what's up?''
''Well I know you've been worried about me finding happiness since I never really dated .. but I think I finally found the one for me. It's only been a few months but I'm pretty sure''
I'm a little shocked to hear this but I'm definitely happy for him . It's about time he gets serious with someone. You can't be a player for the rest of your life.
''Dad that's great'' I say with a smile
''You really happy about it?'' he asks unsure
''Of course .. I've always wanted you to be happy''
He smiles ''Okay good .. I actually asked you to come here so you could meet her''
''That would be great dad''
''Okay .. stay here and ill go get her'' he says as he leaves out
This girl must really be something if she has my dad so damn happy after only a few months. I guess I missed a lot being on tour. It's always been me and my dad since I was little .. he raised me on his own with the help of his mom. My mom left us when I was a kid and started a new family somewhere else with a guy that was rich. She didn't wanna live a life of struggle ... I guess she missed out. Look at what we did with that struggle.
My dad walks back in and says ''Robyn , I want you to meet my girlfriend''
She walks in and I feel my heart drop
