Chapter 7: We Don't Want to Die...

                  'Because we don't want to see the end of the world

                  decide on your heart when it is time for the fight

                 We don't want to go and we don't want to die

                 but we will not allow merciless cruelty

                This promise of the five of us, change into light

                and make our five hearts one'-Sailor War

Yumoto's POV:

I can't win...I'm not strong enough...and my friends don't even believe in me. I know they don't, even if they tell me they do. They still think I'm just a kid.

I'm a weakling to them...I can't even keep my strongest form to save the world. They've won...and we've lost...they hate me for not being able to save them.

I won't let myself think like that...I can't! Even if I can't stay as More Better Battle Lover Scarlet, I can still defeat him in my regular form! I won't let him destroy the Earth, not this time! I know he'll be waiting for us, but I don't care...as long as the Earth is saved...

"Yumoto! You're finally awake!"

"W-where is he?! I'm ready to save the Student Council!" Yumoto demanded and Atsushi sighed, "We don't know...after you passed out, he left."

Yumoto looked around, "He's a coward then, he'll be easy to fight." "We don't even know where he's at!" Ryuu complained and Yumoto sighed. "We'll be able to find him!"

Io shook his head, "No, you're too weak right now to face him. If you do, you'll die." "I-I don't care...as long as the Earth is safe!" Yumoto screamed and Atsushi grabbed Yumoto's wrists. "Stop saying stuff like that!" He hissed, "Pl-please...Yumoto, we...we don't want you to die..."

Yumoto forcefully turned away, "You all never seemed to care before..." "Y-Yumoto...we've always cared for you...at first, we didn't know what to think...then you showed us, that...that we need you to stay together." Atsushi explained and Yumoto looked at him with tears in his eyes. "R-really...?"

Atsushi nodded and Yumoto quickly hugged him. "I-I've never had friends like you guys before..." Atsushi smiled, "We know..."

Yumoto gasped out as the ground began to shake and the sky turned dark. "W-what's happening, Wom-san?!"

Wombat growled and looked at them. "They're trying to bring the end of the world...you all need to hurry and recover! There will be an all-out war for the Earth!"

Yumoto looked down with tears in his eyes, "T-this is all my fault! If I was strong enough, I would have already saved the Earth!" "Stop blaming yourself!" Ryuu yelled as he slapped Yumoto. Yumoto cried out and the others gasped. "Ryuu! What the hell?!" Io yelled and Yumoto cradled his red cheek.

"I-I'm sorry..." Ryuu whispered and turned to them, "I can't stand him blaming himself! If he's to blame, then so am I! There! We both caused the end of the world!"

Wombat sighed, "No one is to blame but the ones who want to destroy Earth!"

Yumoto looked up at Ryuu with tears in his eyes. "A-After this...I want to go to a nice café...or-or the beach again." "Yumoto..." Ryuu whispered and smiled, "Yeah...and I want to share a nice day out with a girl...or just you guys."

Atsushi nodded, "I'd love to go back to the beach...well a more family friendly one..." En laughed at that and nodded, "Yeah. Or we could go to see a movie."

Io smiled, "Yeah...I like all of that..."

"Everyone! Transform!" Wombat yelled, "I know where they're located at! He's at the school, but be careful...there's something surrounding the building, so you'll have to find a way in!"

They all nodded and each called out "Love Making!" and kissed their bracelets.

As they were transforming, they were talking to one another, "Guys, when we go in there, there's bound to be traps everywhere! Don't get separated or lost!" Atsushi warned and Yumoto replied, "Don't worry! I'll stay with you all!"

"Good! And Yumoto...don't fight until you see our true enemy!" En warned, "He'll want to weaken you, so don't waste your energy on other opponents!"

After they all were done transforming, Wombat looked at them. "I wish you all luck...and please...be safe."

The five of them turned to the school and Scarlet closed his eyes, "Please...keep all of us safe...I love you, Gora-an-chan...I should have said goodbye...but...you know why I couldn't..." "Come on Yumoto!" Epinard smiled and Scarlet swallowed the lump in his throat and held his tears back. "C-coming!"
