How to Love

Chapter 6

Kylo's P.O.V.

She's been here almost a month but I still feel that she's evenly balanced. I need guidance from the person I look up to, the one who helps comfort me even though I never knew him. Ever since I heard my grandfather's story I found him intriguing, and as I grow older I find my self mpre and mpre like him all the time.  I walk into the room and sit before his helmet.

I stare at it a moment. "Help me grandfather. It's to pull to the light, but not in myself. It's in my apprentice. She's strong and has all the makings to be a great Sith." I look down and sigh,"Help me." The door opens and shows stormtrooper. "Sir she disappeared." I feel my anger bubble inside me. "FIND HER!" The stormtrooper nods and runs off.

I reach my mind out looking for her. I know she's still on the planet unless she tricked me, but she's not that strong yet.  I'm not that strong yet. I find my way to the door nearest to her room. I walk out into the night. I don't see or feel any signs of her presence. I feel her presence on the other side of the base. I start walking to the other side of the base. I stop as I feel her presence coming closer.

I take off running into the woods on my right at the right time as to end in me tackling her.  I am furious with her. I pull myself up and I tower over her. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WERE Doing?!?"  She tries to stutter a response. I take off my helmet and throw it. "STUTTERING ISN'T AN ANSWER!"  She stands up and brushes herself off and looks me in the eye, " Felt something calling me, I figured I could get in and out before anybody knew I was gone."

"Well what did you find," I ask still annoyed. "Nothing yet."

"You have three minuets to be back here." She starts off.  "Oh and Ebony don't be late." I feel her cringe before she takes off again. I alert Hux that I found the Girl. I go and pick up my helmet as she walks back over. 

"What did you find," I ask brushing snow off my helmet. When she doesn't say anything  I turn to look at her and see she has her hand held out. I walk over to see two crystals in her hand. One pure black the other close to invisible. I don't know how the crystals got here, or how she found them. The force works in strange ways but suddenly making two crystals like this?  "We need to go inside," I say and walk back in.

If the crystals called her that means she should build her lightsaber. But two? No. It's not time. I'm not going to let her build the lightsabers. she'll keep the one I gave her.  I need to talk to Snoke about this. Tomorrow. I have a meeting with him tomorrow about her progress. I walk back to my room and into my bathroom to get ready for bed. I walks over to put my helmet when I feel another presence in the room. I look over and see Ebony sitting at the end of the bed. She stands,"What do these mean?" She asks referring to the crystals in her hand. "If I'm correct they're cyber crystals, they're used in lightsabers. " There's silence.  "Why did they call to me?" She looks so lost, confused and vanurable. Master's words echo in my head make her feel like the dark side is where she belongs, no matter what it takes. I smirk a moment then wipe it off my face.

"It can be a terribly long story, but the start of it is the dark side of the force." She nods believing my lie. Soon she'll truly be in the dark side; a Sith. "Good night then," she says and walks towards the door. "Remember the dark side is your friend. Good night Ebony."

~Ebony's P.O.V.~

I walk out of his room feeling more confused than when I entered. The dark side? My friend? I know not else what to think right now. Everything seems to be crashing in on my brain right now. I sigh and try to let it go and get some sleep, but I will get answers.
