—3rd Pov —

Sans and Grillby have been married for over a year now. Their daughter, hope, was sprinting through the halls, chasing the flaming monster.

Sans let out a sigh. Everything was normal and happy for once in his life. The small skeleton glanced down at his hand, admiring the ring his beloved Grillby has given him.

      "Daddy!" Hope yelled, running into the living room where sans was. "Yes?" He asked, looking down at the even smaller skeleton. "Teach me magic?" She asked, a wide grin plastered on her face. "Sure." He responded, smiling as well.

      He pat the top of his daughter's head and walked into the kitchen to prepare lunch. 'God I wish this would last forever.' Sans thought as he started to make hotdogs. Grillby walked in and gave sans a 'kiss' on the cheek. "Love you.." The fire monster mumbled, placing his hands on the smaller monster's hips. "I love you too." Sans hummed continuing to cook on the stove.

      At dinner, the three monsters sat next to each other as they ate. "How was school this week?" Grillby asked Hope, glancing at her. "I love it! Yesterday we did all kinds of stuff like look at cells!" She chirped happily. Sans giggled and they all ate their food happily. They all wished everything would stay the way they are now.

      But for sans, everything was about to go to hell from there.
