~Normal POV~

Dipper and Candy were sitting on the floor of the living room with Will playing with Onyx. Candy absolutely adored Onyx, and Will adored Candy. It was a great day for the three of them. Dipper was still sitting next to Candy when Will started another conversation.

"So how was the woods?" He smiled on the outside abs fangirled on the inside.

The two of them blushed madly. Will laughed.

" Pretty great, huh?" He grinned.

" Yup." Dipper answered.

"I *thought*  so." He said, quoting the words thought with a change in the tone of his voice. He winked to himself at his little mind reading joke. He then realized that Candip (yes i am calling them that from NOW ON!!!) was staring at him with confusion. He went back to his shy stuttery self as he decided to tell them what he had been keeping a secret for a long time.

"U-umm....." he hesitated. "This m-might be crazy...... but I ha-ha-have to tell you two something. C-Come to my room."

Once they were in Will's bedroom, he first explained his magic to Candy. Dipper and everyone else already knew because of when he used it to save Onyx, but Candy wasn't there so he told her everything that everyone else knew. Then he became very uneasy thinking about the mirror in the bathroom. He was nervous as heck, but he decided he could trust Dipper enough to show him.

"D-Dipper..."

"Yeah, Will?"

Will took a deep breath in and tried not to shake or stutter. "The reason I was in th-the woods, the reason all of this is happening to m-m-me..... someone's after me. They're out to kill me. They w-want revenge..." He quivered in fear.

Dipper was frightened at this as well. He didn't fear for himself, but for Will. He tried not to shake.

"I d-don't even know what I did! I-I don't remember exactly... a lot of my past is blurred and gone. I barely remember the incident c-c-causing it..." He continued, "I w-wouldn't have done something bad, but I must have done something. I-I just can't figure out what."

Dipper was speechless, mouth and  mind. It's not like this is traumatizing or bad... he just couldn't figure out what to say. What could poor sweet little Will have done to have someone out to get him? For a second Dipper considered what most might consider, which was that Will wasn't as good as he seemed and has a previous life, but he immediately scratched that thought. Will wasn't like that, Dipper knew. Will was only fifteen, and he was the most angelic, scared, shy sweet boy ever. He wasn't bad. That was for sure. He looked up at Will, who was now crying. He was looking down at his lap, a very confused and afraid look on his tear-stained face. Dipper than looked at Candy, who was getting teary eyed looking at Will. A tear fell down her cheek, Dipper wiped it away with his finger. She put her arm around him and her head on his shoulder, ceasing her crying. Will looked up at them  together and blushing. He smiled and sniffed back any remaining tears.

"I've always wanted you two to become a couple" Will said.

"You have?" Candip asked.

"Yup"

The three of them continued to talk about other, more positive things from then on.

~At the Lake, Mabel's POV~

I had just tossed my note into the lake and left, but I came back right away. I couldn't leave. I wanted to see the note again and see where it went. I wanted to see if a familiar dark tan hand would reach up toward the surface and grab the bottle, seeing his name on it. I wanted him to look up toward the land and see me. I wanted to meet now instead of later. I sat on the docks and looked out at the lake. I saw my bottle farther out, bobbling up and down along with the freshwater waves. I began humming softly to myself. A peaceful, quiet melody that I have never known or heard before. I didn't know what I was humming, but it felt so familiar. It was very calming and soothing. The sun was on the verge of setting, the reflection of it's sky on the water's surface. I watched my bottle float, soon it would be out of view. But then...

My thought came true.

I saw the bottle sit in place, it stopped bobbing up and down. Soon, something pulled it underwater. I stood up and looked out, trying to see where it went. Then, a familiar merman came into view, his shoulders and everything above that was above water. At first, I was going to do my plan and call his name, but my body did otherwise. For some reason, I bit my tongue and quietly ran behind a bush so he wouldn't see me. I wasn't ready yet. I needed to watch and see what happened.

I saw mermando read the note, face smiling once he read my name. He didn't start to frown, but I noticed his expression soften after a bit; probably because he read the end saying I would be heartbroken. He rolled up the note softly and put it back in the bottle. He took the bottle and hid it in a satchel he had on him. Suddenly, I heard something loud and echo-y, almost like a whale, but smaller. I looked at mermando who now had an urgent look on his face as he dashed underwater to the source of the sound.  His wife. But why was she so loud??? I tried not to worry. I had hope that mermando would come back for me. He had too. I know he will come back :)

~~~Mermando's POV~~~
