Okay, so I just watched this movie and OMG THE FEELS!!! Ugh, I loved it so much though! So if you guys haven't watched the movie yet please don't read this and ruin it for yourselves!! it will contain SPOILERS so yeah lol have fun reading and also please vote and comment on how I'm doing! id really like some feedback and also request things guys so I get more ideas too lol also this is taking place after the movie btw

It had been two years since the avengers had split and eight months since you had finally found someone to reverse what hydra had done to Bucky. You didn't really know anything about Bucky but when Steve asked you to find someone who could fix him you told him you would. Steve had found you four years ago, on your sixteenth birthday, after your parents were killed by hydra and took you in as his daughter. At first, you were very shy around everyone. You would never leave your room and Steve would leave food at your door to save you from having to dine with everyone, but eventually you came out of your shell and warmed up to everyone. Because Steve was like a father to you, you had agreed on finding a cure. At first, you had been doing it for Steve, but during those two years that you spent searching, you learned so much about Bucky, what he was like before the war, all the things he liked and what he was liked while hydra had him, that you started doing it for him. In reality, he was innocent and it was hydra who changed him into the winter soldier and all the former hydra scum that you had interrogated told you that he tried his hardest to resists what they were doing to him. So you tried your hardest and for two years you searched all over the world for someone who could fix Bucky and finally after two years, you had found someone. When you returned, Steve was overjoyed and they started the procedure right away and Bucky was free of the restraints put on him by hydra all because of you.

Now, you and the rest of the avengers that had followed Steve were living on a small farm. It was a nice farm, in the middle of nowhere, where no one could find you. There were two houses on the property, one for Clints family and one for the rest of the avengers. There was a small chicken house and a barn where you kept the two horses that you had bought. Currently, you were creeping after one of the cats that roamed the farm, waiting for her to show you where her kittens were. They had to be at least two or three weeks old by now which meant that their eyes would probably be open. You rounded a corner and found Bucky staring at you, amusement flashing in his eyes. He slowly warmed up to you starting with small smiles and short conversations but now, he liked you enough to talk to you for long periods of time and share some laughs and eventually, you started to develop feelings for him. You never acted on those feelings because you wanted to get closer to him before trying anything and you wanted to first help him accept the fact that he wasn't a monster.

"You know you look funny right?" He said, a smile playing on his lips.

"I just want this damn cat to show me where her kittens are!" You complained, glaring at the momma cat who came up to you and rubbed against your leg. "Now you distracted her!" you said shooing the cat away from you.

"Why don't I help you?" Bucky offered. You sighed loudly but agreed.

"Okay, I've been following her for the past hour and she hasn't shown me anything." You whined.

"Maybe you should just stand back and watch where she goes?" He suggested.

"Fine." You said, frustration showing through your voice. You were so done with this. Bucky just chuckled at your frustration. You and Bucky stood there for another half an hour when it started to rain. "I'm going inside." You said disappointedly and turned to leave.

"(Y/N) wait!" Bucky said and gently grabbed your arm with his human arm. He hated touching people with his bionic arm for fear of them thinking that he was a freak. "Look." He said and pointed towards the chicken house where the momma cat had just entered. You hadn't even thought of looking there!
