I have been searching for hours and I still can't find the perfect dress! Okay yes, I admit I hated the extra classes and all the lessons on ladylike manners, but I'm still a girl and I like to get dressed up and feel like a princess. Tomorrow is the day of the winter ball, the same day when we get to see the King for the first time. From what I hear he is young an handsome but that he is a fuckboy and always gets what he wants. I am currently in a really fancy dress shop looking for the perfect dress, Nicole and McKenzie have already found theirs and they look absolutely gorgeous in them! I keep looking through the racks when i spot a jaw dropping red dress. I pull it out to really look at it, It comes up around the neck and it subtly flows out at the waist. it isn't too poofy and it isn't too straight either. It has some diamonds on it but not too many. It will also look amazing with my grey hair!

I go to the fitting rooms to try it on and when I walk out the girls are staring at me. "What? Does it look bad?" Next thing I know Nicole has wrapped herself around me in a bear hug,"YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!" Nicole screams in my ear," Ow! I can't hear now thank you very much!" I playfully smack her. "you are gorgeous Elizabeth" McKenzie says to me. "Thanks guys!" I smile and then check out. Next stop a shoe store!

McKenzie and Everett barge into mine and Nicole's dorm room the next day a little after noon. "WE HAVE WORK TO DO BITCHES!" Everett, always the over-excited one, yells. "We have like five hours until the dance." A confused Nicole states. "Exactly! That is why we need to get started on hair and makeup now!" McKenzie jumps up and down excitedly, Nicole goes first since she is the one that is least likely to ruin her hair and makeup before the dance. We all help each other get ready all the while listening to Everett complain about not being able to go. I let McKenzie get ready next then they start to fix me up. Throughout the whole time they were getting me ready they wouldn't let me look in the mirror. "We're all done!" I sigh,"You guys better have not screwed thi-" I stop talking when I finally see myself in he mirror. "Holy shit!" I stare at myself, I look like a prettier version of myself now that they have enhanced my features. "That's right babe! We did a damn good job if I do say so myself." Nicole smiles at me, she checks her phone and does a double take. "Guys its almost 7:00! we need to hurry if we want to make it there in time." Of course the headmistress is making us get there an hour early so that the King's court can mingle with us and see if anyone is mated to them. The Alpha King and his beta won't arrive until later. All the girls are already there when we walk in, I look around and see many high ranking pack members from the King's pack. The three of us walk in slowly and then I hear a gasp from McKenzie, "Oh my god! That's my mate!" I watch her run over to a tall, handsome guy in a suit. He has blond hair and blue eyes and he has just caught sight of her, and you can tell he already thinks she is beautiful. They start to talk to each other and I can see the excitement in her eyes. "Well, one down and two to go." Nicole smiles at me mischievously. I roll my eyes at her and walk to the table with all the food on it. I pile my plate high then go sit and wait until I can get out of this dress.
