I was getting ready to go to the store to get some stuff to cook a girl hungry in this empty house. I got dressed, put my hair into a ponytail, and got into my silver Lexus. Once I got to the store I decided I wanted to make nachos. As I was in the aisle getting the things I needed to cook I heard someone call my name, and I turned around to see my ex Calvin.
Calvin~
While I was in the store getting the things from this big shopping list Cindy gave me I saw my ex girl Amber so I thought I'd holla at her.
"Aye Amber," I must've caught her by surprise but she smiled when she noticed it was me. Man she's still as beautiful as I remembered.
"Hey Calvin"
"Long time no see how have you been"
"I'm good hanging in there what about you"
"Good you know I recently got engaged"
Amber~
Wow he's finally ready for commitment. "Really that's great Calvin"
"Yea I really love her she's the one for me her name's Cindy," he said as he pulled out his phone showing me pictures of her. "Wow she's beautiful." All of a sudden all of the feelings that I once had for him started rushing back to me at once. As he showed me the pictures of her and the ring I tried to smile and hide the way I feeled but I kept thinking how I really never did get over him and I don't know why I let him go. That was supposed to be me wearing the ring, I was supposed to be the one he's bragging about, and the one putting a smile on his face not her. "You remember how we used to be?" He asked. "What you mean"
"Like when I would sneak into your room and we would stay up late talking about our future"
"Haha yea I remember we would talk about getting married and having kids"
"That was some fun times, Amber"
"Yea"
"Why did you leave that day"
"What you mean"
"Amber you know what I'm talking about you didn't even say goodbye you just left with no explanation"
"Calvin I just wasn't ready I was 18 we were both gonna go to separate colleges and I just wasn't ready for that so I left"

"Be honest we would've ended up going out separate ways and besides your happy now your getting married congrats. Look, I gotta go I'll see you later bye Calvin" I said walking away.
"Hey Amber wait can I at least get your number so we can still hang out as friends"
"Yea," I said giving him my number and saying goodbye. Truth is I'm still in love with him.

After I got home and ate I got ready to lay down when I got a text from Calvin.

After we said our goodbyes I layed down and went to sleep.

The next day I went into the studio to finish recording my song Motivation as I was finishing up my best friend Trey came in.

Me and Trey have been good friends for awhile he always tries to get with me but he got to many hoes for me to try to get involved with him. He is sexy though. I left the studio at 1 o'clock to get ready. Once I got home I took a shower and got dressed in my light denim high waisted shorts with a white lace crop top and a beige sweater with a gold Rolex.

Calvin texted me as I finished getting dressed telling me he was outside. I got my iphone and purse and went out to his car he opened my door and then we left. "You look great," he said. "Thanks you don't look too bad either," I said examining his simple dark blue button down shirt and dark denim jeans. We came to a stop at a famous club. Once we got in we went up to the VIP section and got some shots brought up to our table we had like 5 drinks already looks like we getting a driver. Grind on me came on then me and Calvin went to the dance floor and I started grinding on him. He started kissing on my neck I knew it was wrong but it felt right and normal after we finished dancing we had a few more drinks which was probably a bad idea we were all over each other "you wanna get outta here," Calvin said kissing on my neck, pretty sure I have a hickey there now. "Yea." I had one of my drivers come and take us to my house. The next morning...
I woke up with a big headache and a naked guy on top of me I looked closely and realized it was Calvin "omg Calvin get up," I said pushing him off of me onto the floor. "Dang man what was that for," he said holding his head. "Calvin your engaged remember." "Omg I gotta go this wasn't supposed to happen I'm sorry bye," he said putting on his clothes and leaving me there by myself.
Calvin
Man what am I gonna do I love Cindy, but I can't just tell her what happen I don't wanna lose her but I can't lose Amber either. I walked into my house and found Cindy in the room getting dressed. "Hey where you going?" "Where were you last night?" "I was out with Anthony and I got drunk so I just stayed with him because he didn't want me drunk driving." "Don't lie to me Calvin I called Anthony and he told me he hasn't saw you." "Ok fine I wanted to surprise you with something because I love you so much so I was out getting reservations for that Italian restaurant and getting presents," I hope she believe that. "Omg Calvin really thank you I love you so much," she said giving me a hug and kissing all over my face. "Anything for you my queen I'm gonna go take a shower." "Ok." I took a shower and by the time I got out Cindy was gone I got dressed and headed over to Amber house.
Amber
I had just finished taking a shower when the doorbell rang. I put on my robe and went to go answer the door I opened the door to see Calvin. "What do you want?"
"I just came by to say sorry for leaving like I did this morning"
"ok"
"may I come in?" I opened the door so he could come in. "Thank you,"he said. "Did you tell her?" "What you mean?" "You know what I'm talking about Calvin" "no I couldn't," he said putting his head down. "Why not she deserves to know" "I just couldn't I love her I didn't want her to leave me." "Then why are you here Calvin" "because I want to be with you too" "Don't do this Calvin I'm not gonna be the other woman besides your getting married and even if I did go along with this you wouldn't love me," I said looking down. He lifted my chin and kissed me. I tried pushing him off of me, but before I knew I gave in to him once again. He was taking my shirt off when Trey came into the house. Why I gave him a key to my house I don't know. "Oh my bad," he said ready to walk out.
"It's fine," I said walking away into the kitchen putting on my shirt. When I finished getting dressed Trey walked in. "What are you doing with him Amber y'all f***ing now?" "Don't worry about it Trey" "Wow I never thought you would be the one to break an almost marriage" "I'm not" "that's what it looks like he's engaged Amber" "I know that" "Then why are you out there with him shirtless and kissing?" "Idk," she sighed. "Well you better find out before other people start to get hurt," he said as he left the house. Trey was right if I keep messing around with Calvin someone in the end is going to get hurt, and it's gonna be me. Calvin is getting married within a month, I gotta let him go, no matter how bad it hurts.
