You stared at the letters with tears streaming down your face.

How did I not notice this? You asked yourself.

You had come home to find your daughter on the floor, pills scattered around her.

You couldn't save her in time.

Michael and Luke stayed with you. You all cried together. You had lost three of the most important people in your life in the past 10 years. It was too much.
