Michelle POV (Point of View)
Today is my first day of my sophomore year, at Sunset Valley High School (not a real place) in Los Angeles, and I just got out of my older sister's, Jasmine, car.
"Good luck today" she tells me. "Thanks. I will" I say smiling. I walk inside the school and meet up with my friends so I can talk to them before school starts.
"Hey guys" I say to my friends. "Hey Michelle" my friends, Isabelle. Austin, and Harry all said. "So how dose it feel to be sophomores" Harry said. He's really geeky so he likes school a lot.
"It feels great" Austin said. "Yeah. I'm so glad we're not freshmen any more" I say. "Just to make sure, we all have that Family Studies class today right" Isabelle asks us. "Yep. I'm just glad that it's the only class for today" Austin says smiling. "Aww well aren't you happy cowboy" I say to him.
Since he's from Texas I like to call him cowboy a lot. And I think I might like him. But I can't because Isabelle has a crush on him so I have to hide it from everyone. I think that I joke around with him because I like him so much, but I would never tell him. that to his face.
He laughs and says "Yes ma'am" while smiling a tipping his imaginary hat. I shiver and turn to Isabelle.
"So has your dad told you what they're going teach us in Family Studies" I ask her. Her dad is our History teacher and he always knows what's going on in other classes. "Nope. I just hope we have fun" she says smiling.
The bell rings right after she stops talking, so I don't get to ask her more stuff. We all just look at each other and walk towards the Family Studies classroom.
