Breaunna's POV ❤ :
" Aye,Imma catch up with y'all later." I said while grabbing my things out of K'La's car.
"Fassho, but you sure you gonna ride the bus? I mean, I can take you home."
"Naah,i'm good." I replied .
I said my goodbye's to them and walked quickly around the corner. I had to hurry up and get home so I could change into something cute.
I got into my Lexus that was parked in the empty parking garage that was around the corner from our school. I always parked there, & just said that I was gonna ride the bus so I didn't need a ride home.
I drove for about an hour to get to my side of town, and when I got there I saw that both of my parents we're already home.
" Dang ... " I thought to myself . They're gonna be asking me all these questions about where i'm going.
I walked inside of the house & saw my mother in the kitchen. She was looking for something in the refrigerator. "Breaunna Renee' She said kissing my cheek. how was your day?"
"It was good. I got a 97 on my Pop Quiz in Science." I told her while grabbing an ozarka water bottle out of the refridegerator. "Oh,that's great sweetie !" She exclaimed ."So ... what do you plan on doing tonight?"
"uhh.. why?" I asked confused .
"Because,me & your father are going out." She replied with a slight smile on her face. "ooooh." I said relieved. I'll probably just go over a friend's house." My mother nodded her head in agreement & rushed upstairs. I went into my room , threw my backpack on my bed & opened my walk-in closet. What in the world am I gonna wear to Shaun's party? You know I gotta get splashy whenever I come around him. I fished around for a little bit until I became frustrated. Nothing is cute enough, it's like I have a closet full of clothes with nothing to wear. That's when I remembered that I had some new clothes that I bought at the mall the other day that were in my car trunk.
I walked outside & saw my friend Paige walking inside her house. Paige lived right across the street from me. "Paigeeeeeee!" I yelled out to her. She looked back at me & smiled. She looked both ways first, and then ran across the street over to me. "Hey, Bre." she said hugging me. Paige is pretty much the only one that calls me Bre here where I actually live. She's the coolest white girl I know, i've took her to a lot of parties with me & everyone loves her. They call her snowbunny, cause she's white, but acts black. "Where you going tonight? I see you got these clothing bags in ya' hands." I laughed at her comment, because she knows that I'm always buying new outfits for parties. "Shaun's having a party tonight, wanna come?" Her face brightened & she started smiling. "Hell yeah! You know my T don't let me go nowhere else except with you or her friend's daughters." She pulled out her phone & started texting her mom. "I'm too busy turning uppppp!" she sang while she texted her. "Alright, come with me across the street real quick so I can get some clothes."
Later That Night...
When we made it to Dove Springs it was already packed, cars were lined up all around the corner.
"Shaun's parties steady being packed."
Paige said grabbing her Michael Kors purse. "I wonder is Jerome here ?"
Jerome is Paige's boo thang , I call them night & day because Paige is white and Jerome is black. He's "dark & handsome" as Paige would say so herself. "He should be, I saw him after school with Shaun after school."
I replied. She smiled & readjusted her bow cutout fitted acid wash shorts and pulled her flared spaghetti strap crop top up a little bit so that he boobs weren't falling out of her shirt.
I pulled put my iPhone 5s & texted Shaun.

I stopped texting him when I heard his front door open. There he stood with his Trues on, some Lebrons & a baseball jersey. He has his American flag bandana tucked into his pants so that it stuck out like a skirt.
I bit my lips at the sight of him.
He was everything I wanted.😍
In my eyes, Shaun was pure perfection. "Hey boo." I said as he embraced me with a genuine hug. His lips brushed against the side of my neck as I got back down on the ball of my foot, since I had to stand on my tip-toes to reach him. "Wassup." He replied licking his lips as he looked down at me.
I had on my Versace windbreaker with a white & black bandeau underneath and some high waisted acid wash shorts. I admit...I looked cute. I gave Paige the cue to go away & me and Shaun kept looking at each other.
"Where's mama Tia ?" I asked him, breaking the silence. He smirked at me knowing that I was nervous & chuckled. "She's out. She'll be back later though. You should stay over."
It wouldn't be the first time I stayed over Shaun's house. His mama loved me. She's been wanting me and Shaun to get together since I move to that school distric. "I'll see." I replied.
"Anyways, you look cute boo! Who you dressed up fa?"
He smiled, "Ah, just this one girl." He said. "What's she look like ?" I asked, going along with his game.
"She's really pretty, she's short, a yellow bone, she has the cutest freckles & big curly hair." I laughed to keep myself from blushing.
Shaun always makes me feel some type of way, like I get butterflies whenever I'm around him.😩
"She sounds like a dime!" I responded.
"I know. She is." He said grabbing my hand. I could tell I was blushing now, my face felt hot.
"Come on, we missing the party." He pulled me I'm front of him, keeping held onto my waist as we walked inside the crowded house. If you didn't know us, you'd think we were a couple.
Paige...
Me & Jerome and some other were outside on the deck chilling. I was sitting in his lap. "I missed ya Rome." I said cuddling up with him.
"I know Paige, you know how I feel about that though..." He inhaled a puff of the Dro in his hand. I rolled it for him. "It's like you ont' even wanna be with me bae." He said looking away from me.
Jerome had told me numerous times that he wants to be with me, but distance is holding me back. He's attractive, so I know girls will be all over him when I'm away.
"Jerome..." I sighed , pulled him to face me. "Jerome it's just that-(GCO)"
He put his arms around my waist & silenced me. "Let's just not talk about that right now & enjoy the time we spendin' right now bae, iont' feel like arguing."
Eventually he's gonna give up on me, & I don't want that to happen...💔
