                               Disclaimer:
Sorry I haven't updated in a while, I haven't had much inspiration and I'm working on learning northern downpour on the guitar and it is pretty time consuming. But,I'm gonna force myself to write the rest. I hope you enjoy!

It was Christmas time and Meghan invited all the family over. The family enjoyed a nice meal and got to open presents and have a jolly good time. But Meghan knew what the grandkids REALLY wanted. They wanted to finish the Alani story. So after opening all the presents the grandkids sat in a circle and got comfortable. Meghan sat her tea (spiked with vodka) on a nearby coffee table. She clearly her throat and began her story.
"Well I know I don't have time to tell you all the details of Alani from 7th grade to present day, so I'll give you some highlights. Well in the mist of a brand new school day in 8th grade, Kalani finally had the courage to ask Allen out. And he said yes! That was the start of something new. (Um, yes a high school musical reference) But Allen and Kalani were like that basic couple that everyone hated. They did more psa than Robert and Mia (so a lot). But how could people hate Alani when they were so meant to be? So people usually didn't get mad at them. People can detect true love when they see it. Well 8th grade went by so fast, and Meghan still didn't have a boyfriend. Ah, but we all could have saw that coming. Everyone knew I was gonna die alone. *takes a sit of her vodka spiked tea* Okay, let's get back to Alani. So high school came by very fast. Kalani still did band, but Allen sadly quit. Kalani thought their relationship was gonna go down the drain. But, they are true love. Why would she doubt herself? Ah, no one knows. But, the time came around for homecoming. And of course Allen and Kalani went together. Meghan bribed some kid to come with her. I payed him $300. God, I could have bought 3 concert tickets with that cash. Anyways, they went out for a nice dinner before and then met up with their friends. They had a great night and successfully avoided the vortex (IM NOT GONNA TALK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS IN THE VORTEX GO ASK A OCHS HIGHSCHOOLER) Moving on, when they announced homecoming king and queen we all held our breath. Everyone wanted that. The announcer cleared his voice, "And the 2017 homecoming king and queen is.....KALANI AND ALLEN!" We all cheered. They were the perfect couple and definitely deserved that award. Even people in the vortex took a time away from grinding to clap for Kalani and Allen. Well the rest of high school went by sorta fast. Alani never broke up and they never went through rough patches. They were literally #CoupleGoals. Meghan continued to buy boyfriends. They usually left her in a week. Meghan had to work extra hours for her "boyfriends"! The least they could do was stay with her for 2 weeks. At least. But you know what happens in relationships. Blah blah blah rainbows and butterflies blah blah blah love blah blah blah ew blah blah blah I didn't really want to see that now I'm scarred for life blah blah blah. Well it was finally graduation. Kalani and Allen both chose to go to the University of Georgia. Meghan chose to go run away to New York. She didn't want to stay here in oconee for long. She said she would think of a plan once she got to New York. And then I met my rich husband and then had enough cash to go to college. But let's get back on the subject of Alani. They had a great time at college and did what normal college students do. Eat ramen and experiment. Isn't that what you do in college? Well anyways, they decided they didn't want to wait any longer and got married in their sophomore year of college. 2 years later they welcomed their first child. Life is quite beautiful. Life. *takes sip of her vodka spiked tea* Isn't life great! *tear rolls down her cheek*  Now you kids have a whole life in front of ya! Go make it mean something."
"Um, are you okay grandma?" Ryan Ross said. "Yeah, yeah I'm fine. You guys better get going" Meghan said. The grandkids all got up and gave grandma a kiss and walked out the door. Meghan was all alone. She wouldn't see her grandkids until next thanksgiving. She walked back into her room and turned on Jacob Sartorios' song Sweatshirt. Yep, she dropped that low. His vocals made her cry more. They were that bad. But she still sang along. "When you go to sleep at night, when you wake up in the morning and when you walk the halls you know you want to flaunt it," Meghan sang along sadly. She then grabbed a bottle of tequila (yep she dropped that low) and drank the whole bottle. Then she went to sleep.
