The Ninja & the Assassin

Meeting yamato

Soji looks stunned, seeing his father in Roxy for the time. They may have been different people, but it looked like his will of fire was somehow given to her.
"D-did....did you ever know the 7th hokage?" He asked as a few tears escape his eyes.
"No, why?"
"You remind me of my father. With his will of fire. You have his will, even though he never met you. I don't know why, but I'm going to let you go because when you have my dads will of fire, nothing will stop you.." He said stepping aside for Roxy and says "just be careful, alright?"
Roxy looks at him and smiles "why don't you came along with me"
"Why?" He couldn't fathom why she'd want him to go with her. He wasn't as strong, and he didn't have his fathers will of fire. He never got that, his sister did. 'And now she's dead, a lot of good that did for her' he thought.
"Because I know that I'm injured and plus I just really need someone to talk to" she said walking out
Soji sighs and walks out with her.
Roxy sighs as she walks
"What's up?"
"I'm thinking about what that assassin said about me leading the assassins......"
"Don't even think about it Roxy. You aren't that person anymore"
"But I could change the assassins and make them kill evil people"
Soji is appalled that she is even considering it "Roxy, you'd still be using them for your own purposes"
Roxy looks away "I know that but....."
"Roxy don't do it. Please! I'm asking as someone who cares!"
"........"
Soji is getting angry with her. He can't even think about her joining this group, to the point where he will do anything to stop her. Anything. Then he thinks it's just like with his sister, and he then gets sad and looks at the ground. "I don't want you to end up like my sister, Roxy. You have too much potential to be wasted on a stupid league of assassins"
Roxy looks at him and smiles "your right I shouldn't even be thinking about those assholes"
"Great, I'm relieved"
"But that means the assassins we be after me again......" She said looking away
"I won't let them take you from me" he declared.
Roxy looks at Soji "thank you..." She said as a few tears stream down her cheek.
Soji brushes them off "no problem"
"This is the first time in a long time that someone has been this nice to me" she said as more tears stream down her cheeks.
Soji grabs a tissue from his bag and says "I'll always be here for you Roxy. Through thick and thin. You've gained my trust, and that's hard to do."
Roxy takes the tissue and wipes the tears away "t-thank you"
"No problem" he can't help but glance at her again as he grabs more tissues. He isn't sure why, but she reminds him of someone other than his father, but he just can't quite remember who.
A knock out dart was shot at Roxy's neck. It hits her neck and she quickly takes it out and throws it to the ground.
Soji immediately released his shadow clone at home getting sage energy. It disappeared in a cloud of smoke and he enters sage mode. He looks around and senses 30 assassins. He immediately knows this will be one hell of a battle, even with sage mode. "30 around us, and your going to pass out in 10 minutes with that amount of that potion that's in you. Let's kill them all"
Roxy nods and grabs her daggers "let's go hunting Soji"
Soji lunges at the closest assassin and slices his throat.
Roxy attacks one and sees her injury is not in her favor "looks like miss Roxy is injured, grab her!" One of the assassins say
"F-fuck"
Soji does his shadow clone jutsu and surrounded Roxy "get down!" The nine tails chakra leaked out of him with his rage, and he screamed in anger. All of his clones disappeared and he proceeded to swipe all of the assassins aside with his claws . Soon, all of them were dead expect for the one, who held Roxy in his grip saying "one more step and she's dead freak!"
Roxy struggles to get out of his grip, she then stops and looks at Soji "kill him!" She yelled.
Soji loses control completely and charges the assassin, as he starts to slit her throat. Something clicked inside of him. He threw his arm out, but he reached his arm extent limit. But the nine tails chakra grew outwards and grabbed the assassins face. The assassin screamed in pain and dropped the dagger as he tries to claw the nine tails chakra away from his face. Soji saw him struggling and he squeezed the assassins face until it exploded. The assassin went limp, and Soji threw his body away from him and Roxy. But he couldn't calm down, and the nine tails started to take control. It started to rip everything up and then it focused its attention on Roxy. "No!" Soji screamed in his mind. As he was about to strike Roxy, a mister opus figure yelled "wood style: nine tails containment jutsu!" And wood came out of the ground and surrounded Soji, trapping his limbs in the wood, and the nine tails chakra began receding. Soji screams in pain until it was done, and he went limp as the figure let him fall to the ground.
Roxy stands up and runs over to him "Soji!"
The mysterious figure says "he's in a lot of pain right now, seeing as how it's the first time the nine tails took control of his body. Which is quite amazing, given his age. But he will be fine soon, seeing as how the nine tails helps him refer ate at a faster rate.
Roxy turns around "who are you!" She yelled grabbing her dagger and points it at the figure.
"I'm the one lord hokage 7th put over watch of his son, I've been assigned to him for 16 years"
Roxy puts her dagger away and looks back at Soji.
Soji starts violently twitching and sweating.
The figure looks in alarm "this hasn't happened before. I need to check my sources" he said flipping through a book he pulled out of his pocket, and he stops at a page towards the end "aha! He is fighting the nine tails for control!"
Roxy takes a few steps towards Soji.
Soji kicks out and wakes up screaming about fire"
"Soji it's ok" she said
Soji looks confused "who are you?"
Roxy's eyes widen "d-don't you remember m-me"
"N-no. I remember only one thing. That I killed someone important. Do you have any idea who it is?"
"Y-you said you killed your s-sister"
Soji looks shocked "I'd never kill someone who was my sister."
"Y-you d-did...."
Soji still is shocked, but his attention is distracted by looking at the figure "Yamato? What are you doing here?"
The knockout dart starts taking affect on Roxy.
As Soji sees her about to fall, he grabs her and looks started. "I don't know why I just did that"
Roxy closes her eyes
Soji looks at Yamato "what do I do?"
Roxy was out cold.
"You need to bring her back, and we need to figure out why you lost your memory." Soji nods and picks her up and brings her back to the camp with Yamato's guidance.
Roxy starts having a nightmare about her boss.
Soji sees her having a nightmare, and he gently strokes her face, whispering "hey, hey, hey it's gonna be ok"
Roxy stops having the nightmare "m-midna......" She muttered in her sleep.
Soji saw that she calmed down, then went back to walking, bring her back to the camp. When he got there, it was deserted, with sighs of struggle, but he didn't think much about it, he wasn't one to are really.
Roxy starts having another nightmare but it was way worse.
Soji puts her down, and shakes her awake. He realized as soon as the knife plunged into his lung that he had realized he had made the wrong decision to wake her up. As soon as she pulled out the knife out, Soji fell to the ground gasping.
Yamato ran to his side and surveyed the damage "I can't heal this" he said with fear in his eyes.
