A few months later

Soji walks out of another tavern with no information. And he is getting annoyed, seeing as how he has been asking around for months now and he has come up dry the entire time.
Roxy "so I was never gonna die in the first place?"
Assassin "yes, your parents told you that so you would be scared"
"Still can't believe they would lie to me.."
"Well you better get going and find your friend Soji"
"Ok but I'll come back" she said walking out of the building
Soji walks out of his tent and sees Roxy walking out of the forest. He stops and watches her walking.
"Miss Roxy"
Roxy stops and turns around "what?"
"You almost forgot this" he said handing her, her sisters necklace
"Thank you" she said putting it on and the assassin disappears.
Soji watches the entire exchange with anger and betrayal.
Roxy walks around looking for Soji.
Soji walks up to her steaming "you have some explaining to do"
"Soji I will tell you everything"
"You better, start when Midna disappeared."
"I had red to be in my place and I ran into the assassins and they said they would tell me about my curse so I went with them and they told me everything"
"That doesn't explain why you lied Roxy. There are other ways to find out your lineage instead of a league of assassins"
Roxy looks at the ground in shame
"Look I've also done things I'm not proud of Roxy. But this? You could have just told me. Your more powerful than me and you could have just forced it instead"
Roxy stays silent as she keeps looking at the ground
Soji softly moves her face upwards, saying "look. I may be pissed but I'm still your friend. I just need to know what you did in there"
"I-I wanted to tell y-you that my c-curse isn't gonna k-kill me"
Soji looks at her surprised "it's not?"
"It isn't I-I wanted to tell you first"
"Who else would you be telling?"
"Red"
Soji laughs nervously "yeah that may take awhile...."
"What do you mean?"
"Well she may be long gone, and I may die soon"
"D-die?!"
"Yeah. When I released her from my sealing justu, it started a death cycle in me. Because when I release an entity inside of me, it makes it so I can't live without it, and I die. Inevitably"
"N-no y-you can't d-die!!" She yelled crying.
Soji comforts her saying "I haven't felt any different since she left. I felt no pain at all. Since it was a human, it will take a lot longer than before"
Roxy wipes her tears away "I won't let you die Soji, I promise"
Soji shakes his head sadly "what this is, it's final. It can't be undone Roxy. It's inevitable. But I'll spend the rest of it with you if you like"
Roxy nods her head as she falls to her knees.
Soji picks her back up "where to first"
"Anywhere is fine with me"
"Well it's your turn"
Roxy grabs his arm " I have the prefect place"
"Lead the way"
Roxy leads him to a beautiful spot with different types of flowers and a clear lake.
"Why here?"
"You'll see" she said sitting down on a nearby rock.
Soji sits by her "what was the purpose of coming here?"
Roxy smiles and looks out at the lake.
Soji fidgets nervously "there had to be a reason to bring me here Roxy. Can you please tell me?"
"Look" she said pointing at a wolf with baby wolf cubs.
Soji sees them "there cute. But what does that symbolize to you?"
"I came here all the time when I was younger and this place always calmed me down and your the first person that knows about this place"
Soji smiles and punches her arm playfully "thanks Roxy. This means a lot to me"
Roxy smiles "follow me" she said standing up and walking towards the wolves.
Soji walks behind her slowly, seeing how the wolves reacted.
The wolves look at Roxy and they wag their tails.
Soji stops and stares at how the wolves reacted to her.
One wolf walks closer to Roxy and she rubs it head "Soji, come over here"
Soji shakes his head " I'm afraid of wolves... They've always attacked me since I was little. I never knew why"
"I promise you they won't attack"
Soji walks a little closer to the wolves , and then skits back "I..I just can't. My dear is too strong"
"I understand" the wolves walk away
Soji looks down at the ground "I hate having this fear. It's holding me back from achieving so much more"
"Hey, everyone's scared of something, even me"
Soji looks at her in curiosity "can I know?"
"I'm scared of s-snakes" she said blushing
Soji nods and pats her head "we both have our own fears Roxy. It's ok. We just have to learn to get over them"
Roxy smiles and two baby deer walk pver to the two
Soji pets the deer.
Roxy pets the other one.
Soji looks over at Roxy "roxy, I still can't help but feel you are hiding something from me"
Roxy looks over at Soji "I told you everything Soji"
Soji starts pacing "I'm curious about your history and your curse Roxy"
Roxy looks down "my mother gave me the curse"
Soji looks at her with sympathy "I know that feeling. Being the hokages son was like the same thing. Not that it's a bad thing to be the hokages son, it's just like a curse"
Roxy walks over to him and puts her hand on his shoulder.
Soji just looks at her hand.
Roxy looks down "look. I'll tell you about my family history"
Soji looks at her in surprise "are you sure?"
"Yes I'm sure"
"Ok. Go head"
"My family has been known to steal and kill for money but I was different, my family abused me then wiped my memory of it ever even happening am I was lied to my face all of my life and I knew it"
Soji looks at her in shock. "How do you feel about it?"
"I was mad at first but in the end I forgave them for what they did"
Soji nods "if that had happened to me, I wouldn't have forgave them"
The markings reappear back onto her arms "the markings on my arms is the amount of power I have"
"How much power do you have?"
Roxy takes her hoodie off and was wearing a teal tank top and the markings run up her arms and ends at the base of her neck "enough power to kill all of the people like my boss"
Soji nods "who are they?"
"They?"
"The people like your boss"
"Anyone as strong as him"
"Oh. I thought you meant people in specific"
Roxy sighs and looks out at the clear lake as the markings disappears.
Soji pats her shoulder "at least we have each other"
"Yeah..."
