Can't fall for you

Serena's pov: I came back from the bathroom just to find that everything was silent and everyone was looking at me as if someone died. I looked over at Calem and Lyra they both looked embarrassed.
Serena: what's going on?
Barry: why don't you ask Calem and Lyra? They seem to be having the most fun with each other.
Lyra: Barry!!
Barry: ;D
Serena sits down at her table
Serena: what's going on?!
Calem: .....
Lyra:.....
*Bell rings*
I know I shouldn't be mad but we have been friends forever and she won't tell me this one thing. How bad can it be?
Lyra: wait! Serena!
Serena: yeah?
Lyra: Serena Calem kissed me-
Serena: what?!
Lyra: we didn't mean to he thought I was you and he leaned in to kiss me thinking it was you!
Serena: WE DON'T EVEN LOOK ALIKE!!
Lyra: I think he closed his eyes!
Lyra: please don't be mad at me!
Serena: why would I be mad?
Lyra: cause I thought you liked Calem.
Serena: no I don't care if you kissed him I told you I really like grunt.
Lyra: so your not mad?
Serena starts to laugh
Serena: no.
Lyra: thank god!
The rest of the day wasn't anything special besides the fact that Calem kept his eyes on me all day but I was happy for the end of the day because I got to see grunt.
**at home**
Grunt walked into the kitchen and started cooking food I soon came after him when I smelled the food.
Serena: hi grunt what are you doing?
Grunt: I'm just cooking food for you.
Serena: oh thank you.
Grunt: Serena?
Serena turns to face him and as she does her face lights up.
Grunt: I-I don't think I can stay any longer.
Serena: what?! Why?!
Grunt: it just feels weird all my friends have settled down and here I am.
Serena: is this because of our kiss?
Grunt:......
I will never forget the look on his face it was almost as if you told him his family died in a crash.
Grunt: it's just I really do like you Serena but I'm four years older than you doesn't that make you feel weird or awkward?
Serena: no.
Grunt: what do you mean?
Serena: it doesn't make me feel awkward because I like you too and four years isn't gonna stop my feelings towards you.
Grunt: ....
Serena: I'm sorry I should probably go...
Grunt: Serena?
Serena: yes?
Grunt: you remember the day we meet?
Serena: yeah. Why?
Grunt: I liked you since the moment I saw you.
*Serena blushes*
I will never forget that mainly because he kissed me shortly after saying that but it was shortly ruined by the doorbell.
Grunt: I'll get it.
Serena: o-okay
Grunt opened the door only to find Lyra at the door.
Lyra: well well well what do we have here?
Grunt puts his hand on the back of his neck nervously
Grunt: well um you see.
Serena: what are you doing here anyways Lyra?!
Lyra: um well you see.
Grunt: I gotta go um wash my car?
Grunt walks outside.
Lyra: mmhhm
Serena: what are you doing here anyways?
Lyra: I wanted to see how it was going with you two.
Serena: well if you wanted to know that badly...HE KISSED ME!!!!
Lyra: OMG!!!!
Grunt comes back in with a concerned look on his face.
Grunt: you girls okay?
Girls:yep!
Grunt: okay.... *Walks back out side*
Serena: OMG did you see that he took off his shirt!!
Lyra: I do say I'm a bit jealous.
It wasn't long after Lyra left that he came back inside. I was laying on my bed when he walked in completely shirtless and sat on the edge of my bed. I looked at him and attcked him from behind.
Serena: I got ya!
Grunt started laughing and turned around and picked me up and softly put me on the bed.
Serena: hey now your stronger than me it's not fair!
Grunt: I work for these guns,I think it's pretty fair.
Before I know it we're both on my bed laughing. He looked at me and played with my hair.
Grunt: Serena I really like you.
Serena: I do too.
Grunt pulled my body closer to him and kissed my forehead. He was warm. I felt safe in his arms.
Grunt: your hands are cold.
Serena: ....
Grunt took my hands and held them. I smiled at him.
Grunt: you better go to sleep you have school tomorrow.
Serena: what's the point in sleeping when you're here with me, I feel like time passes slowly when I'm with you.
Grunt: *smiles* I want to take you somewhere tomorrow if that's okay with you.
Serena: of course. 
That's the happiest I ever felt with anyone before.
