Let us begin.

The story starts where the temperature drops below -20°c.

The world revolved ever so swiftly in Sogita's vision, an easy way for any person to get dizzy.

"Urgggh...."

He couldn't tell how long he has been falling, it almost feels as if time itself suddenly slowed down relatively. The last thing he can recall was something about turning an oversized lizard into minced meat. Now he suddenly found himself ultimately falling into his death.

The wind howled in a gale, hitting his back like a roaring storm. As his body getting pulled down from the heavens, he finally reached a terminal velocity which prevented him from accelerating down to his death.

He was most certainly looking above him and was not minding how high he was in a free fall. Here he focused his attention plainly towards the gloomy sky. All he could measure the length of his fall was the clouds that almost blocked the rays of sunlight. Though, the sky wasn't the focus of his attention; it was the obvious falling carcass of a deceased dragon.

But wait.... How'd dragon suddenly came into picture?

Well, none of it matters if he were dead. Like all living things, they will always face the ground after death.

At this point, even with the terminal velocity slowing him down, he could already see mountain ranges blocking out the sun's light; the sun was actually already at the horizon which indicates, either sunrise or sunset. But with the ever decreasing temperatures provides that it was a sunset.

Though the sun being blocked by the mountains was used as means of indicating the ground gradually closing in on him, nevertheless Sogita merely grinned in the face of death as he sprawled out his limbs while his right hand reaching for the sky.

2,100 meters left till he reaches the ground - becoming a mess on the floor.

Even without looking directly at him, he could actually feel the ground gradually coming closer and closer.

Physics exists, so no other possible outcome would save him from being splattered on the ground.

990 meters left. Even if he miraculously survived the fall from an absurd amount of height, the weight of the so-called dragon would come down like a whole building to crushing him thereafter.

So of course no human would survive both the fall the the crash, no 'normal' human would.

But what if you have a tremendous amount of power? Enough to crush an entire army, and well... A dragon.

400 meters or so left.

The triangular figures of the mountain from his sides begun to grew even larger as he fall to his death. He's even closer now, if he would turn his body and pay more attention to where he might dig a hole for himself, he would've already see the sharp tips of the forest with few spaces in between is the snow covered ground.

So if he is a powerful being, then how would he survive?

A person would normally fall victim to gravity someday, but when they're gonna crush their own weight against each other, will certainly kill a man instantly.

Well, I'll tell what...

He did nothing until one of the 9 meter long trees reached his line of sight, and that's when he took action; he twisted his body back, forcing himself to face the ground even for the last time.

Then within less than 5 seconds or so, he hits the ground with an immense impact that blew the snow away from the surrounding area; a huge wall of white mist blasted outwards, disturbing the frozen foliage, bending some of the tall trees and shaving off the snow from them.
