Cant be Alpha

Chapter 4:

"Ella get up," someone yells in my ear. I open eyes and Kate is standing above me. I look at the clock great 6:00am,

"Why did you get me up early?" I ask still halo asleep lying in bed.

"Because you Need to shower, get ready for the day and eat breakfast."

"Are you serious?" I ask groaning.

"Yes now get up," she says walking over to her wardrobe. I only realise then she is fully dressed.

I pull myself out of my bed and grab my clothes. I walk though to the bathroom and get in the shower. Once done I get changed into my clothes for the day. I changed into my black skinny jeans and my Reece Mastin tour top. I pull on my sleeping with sirens red varsity jacket. I do my makeup quickly and brush my hair putting my pierce the veil flat cap on. I walk out of the bathroom and discover Kate reading a book waiting for me. She looks up.

"Ready to go?" She asks putting her book down and grabbing her bag.

"Yeah I guess," I follow out of our room and down to the eating hall.

"I'll see you later. I'm going to sit with my friends," Kate says before walking off. I go grab my breakfast before going to sit next to Carly.

"Hey guys," I say sitting down.

"Eww who said you could sit here?" Austin says jokingly.

"Me," I say poking my tongue out at him.

"So what do you have first session?" Hayley asks.

"Um," I pull out my timetable, " double alpha development by the looks of it."

"Your a soon to be alpha?" Justin asks before sitting down, "dude that's awesome!"

"Yeah but not really. I don't want to be the alpha of my pack anyway," I say. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy. "What?" I ask.

"Why wouldn't you want to be alpha?" Hayley asks?

"Because it seems boring and everyone expects me to be a good leader when I'm not," I say.

"True dat," justin says.

"So anyway do any of you in alpha developments?" I ask.

"Yeah I do," Sam says coming up behind me as everyone else shakes there heads.

"Hey Sam," Austin says fist bumping him.

"Hi Sam," Hayley and Carly say.

"Hey dude," justin says also fiat bumping him.

"Hey everybody. Ella would you like me to show you where alpha developments are?" Sam asks.

"Yes please Sam," I smile at him.

"Let's go then ma lady," he says helping me up and linking arms with me.

"Bye guys," I say with a wave.

"Bye Ella," a bunch of mixed voices call out.

"Welcome to Alpha Developments Ella. Since your the only girl don't feel insecure around these guys. They are a nice bunch," the teacher Mr Diwaskio says, "and please call me Mr D for short if you can't pronounce my name."

"Sure thing Mr D," I say winking at the old dude. He try's to wink back, which sends the class. Into a fit of laughter. I take a seat next to Sam and open my book.

"That was the best class ever," Sam says high fiving me.

"Nice prank Ella," one of the guys called Wes says walking past.

"Thanks," I yell back.

"How did you sneak the stink bombs in?" Sam asks while we are walking to lunch

"They didn't check for any," I say laughing.

"Haha did you act innocence?" Sam says.

"Yup," I say popping the p.

"Genius," Sam replies, "what do you have next?" I pull my timetable out once more and scan it.

"Film making," I say.

"You have that with Hayley I think," Sam says.

"While the teacher?" I ask with curiousity.

"Mrs Fowl. Her names Fowl but she is as nice as pie," Sam says.

"Why thank you Sam," a young brown haired lady say coming up behind us, "I'm mrs Fowl. You must be Ella I presume?"

"Yes," I say.

"Well I look forward to teaching you next and please no pranks," she smiles at me before walking away.

"She seems nice," I say.

"Yeah she is," Sam agrees.

I walk into my dorm and collapse on to my bed.

"So how was your first day?" Kate asks.

"Good?" I say.

"So did you really set off sink bombs around the school then?" Kate questions.

"No? I only set off sink bombs in Mr D's class."

"Good."

"Ok then, I'm going to get in the shower."

"You do that," Kate says before putting meatloaf on. I groan to myself. This is going to be a long night.
