Chapter7:

Emma's POV

"What do you mean he's found his mate?" My mum squeals.

"Yeah he found her," I say softly scared on what's going to happen after I tell her the name and pack when she asks.

"What's her name?"

"Ella Rose but she likes to be called Ella," I say.

"What a beautiful name! What pack," she asks excitedly.

"Um well she's from the down under pack," I say quietly pacing around my room.

"What was that? Speak up child," my mothers voice goes harsh.

"The down under pack," I say louder.

"What! Are you certain?" she shouts.

"Yes I am," I say. She stays silent for awhile. I stop pacing and sit down on the end of my bed.

"Well that's a problem we can overcome. Whose her parents?" Mum says finally. I take a deep breath.

"The alpha and luna are her parents," I say bravely.

"No that's impossible! When I left her mother was on life support and in a coma! You are joking!" She yells.

"I'm not," I say calmly.

"Well they can't be together. I will kill that girl and her family," she says angrily.

"No I won't let you. I'll tear you to bits if you do that and Kyle will help. I promise you that," I say bravely.

"Well someone has to suffer!" She screams down the phone.

"Then let it be me. Let me suffer for them."

"Are you sure about this? I can easily catch you," She says calmly down the phone.

"Yes and I have a head start," I glance at my plane ticket to america.

"I'll still find you. Better say goodbye to your friends. Bye,". My mother sings.

"Goodbye to you too," I hang up and sit on my bed putting my head in my hands.

"Take care if him Ella. Promise me," I ask Ella after breaking the news to her.

"I promise," she sighs.

"Whats the matter," I ask her.

"Why our families? Why does the past always come back? Im going to miss you despite not knowing you well. Im grateful for what your doing," She says hugging me.

"Just take care of brother while I take care of this mess ok?"

"What do you mean take care of me?" Kyle says walking into Ella's room.

"I'm leaving," I say calmly.

"Why?" He asks expecting the worst.

"To get away from mum and to keep you with Ella," I say.

"Why you though?" He asks curiously.

"Because I volunteered to suffer or else Ella would of been killed and her family. Would you want that?" I say fiercely fighting back the tears.

"Thank you for everything," Kyle says hugging me. I hug for awhile before motioning Ella to join in.

"Right get off me or none of us look badass," I joke.

"So I guess I will see you in a good couple of years?" Kyle asks. I nod my head.

"I better go now. I've got a plane to catch," I wave goodbye before walking out of Ella's room. I walk to my room and grab my backpack. I make my way to the field where I usually run. I shift into my wolf and run towards the airport before being stopped by a wolf. The wolf shifts to human, that human being Austin. I shift and run to hug him.

"You were really leaving without saying goodbye to me huh?" he jokes still hugging me.

"Im sorry," i mumble.

"I'll take care of him ok?" Austin mumbles into my hair.

"You better," I say looking at him.

"You better go," he says letting go of me. I nod. "And if you find your mate I better be the first person you call."

"You too," I say before shifting. I nod goodbye to him before running off.
