The Bodyguard

Chapter 4

Elaine's pov

                 I open the door a little to see if Ry was in the hallway and carefully sneak out of the bathroom. All I had on was a towel that was wrapped around my breasts and ending a little above the knee. I ran silently to my room feeling a little breeze making me cold. Once I get to my room I shut and lock the door once I sigh in relief. I turn around to see Ry standing there at his closet looking at me and mouth hanging down. "U-um just came in here to ask you if uh" I stutter trying to find a good question "does this towel make me look fat?" 'Really Elaine?! that's all you could ask' my inner thoughts scream.
  
              I smile sheepishly. "kitten go get dressed" I hear him chuckle a bit. I unlock the door and walk out and going into MY room. I lock the door behind me and go over to the closet and search for a dress. I didn't have that many because I hate dresses but if I had to wear one I would. Heels were a different story, just looking at them I could feel my body hit the ground.
   
            I look at a dress. It was blue and long with a slit in it and the top of it was covered in bling and sparkles. I smile at myself and start to change into it. I grab some black plain flats and start to dry my hair with the towel then curl it. I put a little bit of make up on and walk out of my room. I knock on Ry's door "yes Elaine come in" I walk in and see Ry in a simple black suit and trying to tie his tie. I giggle go over to fix it tie and tuck it in his suit. I look up at him and take a step back. "Well I never knew you could clean up so nicely" I say hinting that he looked really nice. He smiles at me "well you took my breath away kitten" he smirks and grabs my hand and kisses my fingers.
  
            "Are you ready to go madam" he asks. I giggle and say in my best British accent "well of course sir" we both laugh and head to the truck and get in. "Well I was thinking after the dance thing we could go pick up some McDonald's then we could go back home and watch some movies" his words were music to my ears. I look at him and say "that actually sounds good" he smiles and looks at me then
looks back at the road "you look amazing did I tell you that". I blush and shake my head. I hear him chuckle and say "is someone bashful today" I push him and he grips the steering wheel dramatically. "Be Careful I'm driving" I laugh and look out the window and watch the trees pass by

             After a short drive, we walk into a big building and inside it looked like it could come out of a Disney ball room. I start to get nervous My heart starts to pound. Then I see a bar and I calm down knowing if Ry gets takin from me I can drowned myself in fruity alcoholic drinks. A song that I recognize comes on and it was slow I'm pretty sure everyone knew it because they all went to dance with there lovers or close friends.   

                     I looked at Ry and grab his hand pulling him to the dance floor. I put his hands on my waist and I put my hands on his shoulders. "I didn't know you liked this song" Ry asks curiosity in his voice. I look up at him and look into his eyes "I don't but it's a slow song and I wanted to dance with you" I say simply. He looks back into my eyes and takes a hand off my waist to grab my hand that was on his shoulder. "Well let's not dance like we're in high school" he spins me and pulls me close to him. Our eyes not leaving each other's.

                         He starts to lead and of course I follow. "I never knew you could dance" I say as he spins me again and pulls me back to him. "I'm full of surprises kitten" he smiles at me and his eyes stared into mine. My hazel eyes were looking into his dark blue ones. He started to glide across the dance floor. I followed him our eyes never seemed to leave each other's. He dipped me and brought me back up slowly our faces inches apart. I felt his breath on my lips his hand that was holding mine went to my cheek. He got closer and started to get closer to my lips. I closed my eyes and then "is that who I think it is" I hear one of my old collage 'friends' say. I turn around and see the bitch that ruined my collage year.

                   "Oh my god it is" she says I turn to Ry and say "ignore her please she ruined my life in collage". "And who is this Elaine you have a boyfriend" she gets behind me and I turn around to face her."Yeah he his now could you please leave I really don't want to start something" I give her a fake smile. "Oh well I was just going to say hi but i see you want to be just as secretive as you were In college" she gave me a smile right back. "Elaine let's go she's just trying to ruin our night" Ry grabs my hand and I look back at him and nod. He smiles at me and pulls me away from her. "God I fucking hate her" I say he looks at me. "So now I'm your boyfriend" he smirks and I blush realizing I said that. "N-no that was just to show her that I moved on from all the things that happened back in college"

                 I smile and silently thank that it was dark in here. "Oh" I saw a hurt look in his eyes but then he showed happiness. "Okay you need to Dance with me to this song" he says he drags me back out on the dance floor and I realized it was 'ride' by Somo. I smirk and get my sexy face on. I see Ry's face is almost as mischievous as mine. Oh this was going to be fun
