The Bodyguard

Chapter 8

Ry's pov

           Elaine fell asleep on my chest I look down at her and move a piece of stray hair and tuck it behind her ear. I smile and gently get out from underneath  her. She starts to move and starts cuddling with a pillow. I get out of the room and close the door behind me. "What have you gotten yourself into Ry" I look over and see the guy that made Elaine fear for years. "What are you doing here Tyler" I clench my jaw and tighten my fists. "Calm down Ry I'm just here to get what I came for" I see his smirk and I know what he's talking about.

                    "Don't touch her or ill give you more then a black eye and a couple of bruises" I clench my fists tighter making my knuckles turn white. I hear the door open behind me and a small groggy voice ring out "Ry who are you ta-" I turn around to see fear taking a hold of her.

             Tears started coming out of her eyes she looked at me. "Well I see you missed me Elaine" I heard Tyler stand and his foot steps neared us.

                  I grab Elaine's hand and turn her around to feel her pressed against my back. I look at Tyler who was closer then before. "Ry get out of the way you can't protect her forever" he smirked and looked behind me.

                  "Elaine, baby come on I won't do it again" he takes a step closer. "Tyler stop" I make my voice louder and more intimidating. Tyler looks at me and back at Elaine. I let go of her hand and point at the door "go before I get throw you out myself" he starts to walk forward almost asking to die. "I warned you" I punch him in the face and grab the back of his neck.

                     I pull his head down and bring my knee up his face interacts with my knee causing his nose to break. I do the same to his stomach trying to break a few ribs. I let go of him and he swings his fist at my face. The contact with my cheek surprising me. I grab Tyler by the back the hair and slam his face against the wall. He struggles against my force

                  "Elaine go open the front door" I hear her run to the door and open it. I drag Tyler by his shirt and literally kick him out of the door. "Don't come back or it'll be worse" I slammed the door. I pant a bit and look at Elaine.
