Hello, it's me, Lea. Every poet would have a different personal style in writing poems. I came up with the Kalean sonnet. It's not the sonnet like Shakespeare or Petrarch, so this is technically a pseudo-sonnet.
Now, the structure for this style goes like this:
- Just one stanza.
- 12 lines. (That is why I named this book 12 Lines)
- Each odd line (ie. line 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11) will have five syllables.
- Each even line (ie. line 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12) will have ten syllables.
- The rhyming pattern is "aabbccddeeff."
For now, this is what it is. Over and out.
