Let It Out

I hesitantly say to her "I have been married before. I am divorced now but..." she stops me in my tracks and says "I don't care if you were once married I love you thats all that matters." I sigh and say "also I'm 23" She looks into my eyes and says "age is just a number" I was relieved she really didn't care. That I was once married and I was lying about my age. It's surprising I thought she would be really mad at me. But I guess she was right. Age is a number and if she loves me that's all that matters.

We finished the meal and we were waiting for our check I look over and outside there was this creepy man just standing in the darkness watching us. I tried to ignore it I looked back forward and watched as our waiter came back with our check we quickly signed it and put the money in we told her keep the change. I turned around the man was gone. I first hoped it was my imagination. After we ate dinner we went to the local food lion and just bought some food to eat for later if we got hungry. I noticed sally wanted a lot of food. She even bought like five hershey bars. It was really unordinary but I went with it. After we finished getting food for the hotel room, we drove to our hotel and up to the top of the parking deck. I got a weird feeling we were being watched. We had our grocery bags in our hands and started walking to the door to get to the elevator. I looked up at one of the higher balconies of the hotel and noticed a man staring down at us when he knew I saw him he went back inside. I got a really bad feeling after that. We got on the elevator and rode up to our room quick. When we got to our hotel room I was preying it was just my imagination playing tricks on me so we started to relax watch a movie. I was really tired so I rolled over and slowly went to sleep.

*Sally's POV*

We had a nice dinner I look over and Joseph is sound asleep I couldn't believe he was that tired. We did have a very active day and he did have to drive a really long time and only got to sleep once during it. I was having trouble relaxing I felt the need to eat everything that we had bought from the store. I felt weird inside and my stomach hurt really bad. I relaxed rolled over as I listened to the movie. I slowly started falling asleep.

The next morning Joseph was already up making me breakfast. He made some eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, and even some biscuits. I was starving, he laid the food on the table and I just ate like crazy. I was so hungry and I had honestly no clue why. I said to him "Thank you baby" he then looked at me as I stuffed my face with pancakes and eggs, and asked "are you feeling okay? You seem like your starving to death and you haven't seen food in months." I looked at him and replied to him "No I feel fine. I'm just a little hungry is all." He looked at me with a weird look. He said to me "I think we should move again. and maybe get a house with 3 or 4 rooms." I said "Why is that baby?" he looked into my eyes as I was still eating a biscuit and said "I want to have a family and I want to make you a surprise with the extra room we have." I looked at him with a little bit of a smile "I said ok but where do you wanna go?" He said with a smile "Maybe here or somewhere near here. It's really pretty out here and there are some pretty good colleges out here." I smiled widely and said "I would love to move here or somewhere near here." I was finally finished eating I drank some coke and relaxed for a minute. He was like so what's the plan for today. I said "we should go tan on the beach or something." He smiled and said "Okay let get ready" I said "okay it's a plan"

I got up and went and grabbed my straightener. I plugged it in and get it on high and waited as it heated up. I grabbed my makeup bag and did my little makeup routine I was playing my music off my phone. I did a little bit of a different look I did used my eyeliner and made little tiny dots on my white eyeshadow. I thought it looked great. I lined my waterline with a black eyeliner. To make my eyes pop I looked in the mirror and noticed they weren't blue anymore they turned grey it was unordinary but it looked good with my eyeliner. My straightener beeped loud enough so i could hear it over my music it wasn't that loud anyways. I straightened my hair making sure there were no curls or waves left. I looked great, Joseph thought so to he loved me way to much it felt like. But I loved him so I guess it didn't matter. I put on one of my bathing suits it was my bright neon purple one I slipped on a pair of my booty shorts over top. Had one of my belly shirts on over my bathing suit top. We went down took the elevator down to the first floor and walked down to the beach. Joseph was carrying chairs as I was carrying towels and a bag with sunscreen and stuff like that. We got to a spot at the ocean where it was a beautiful straight view at the ocean. There wasn't that many people at the beach which I thought would be weird but it was better than over a million people showing up at the beach with no spots available. It was a bright sunny day and i completely forgot about Joseph's little box. We were tanning for a little bit then we went into the water.

*Joseph's POV*

We were in the water the beautiful clear blue ocean. I was so lost in the beauty I didn't notice the lightning and darkness out in the deepest parts of the ocean. But she did she looked at me and said "baby i think it's gonna storm" she had a sad look on her face I said "maybe we should get out of the water and go back to the hotel room." she agreed so we quickly got out of the water when we started to feel rain drops. What I thought was weird was that 1 minute it was really bright and sunny but then the next it's raining. Seemed kind of unordinary. We rushed back to the hotel room and grabbed her laptop and google houses near the LA area. I came up with a lot. But we wanted one near a hospital just in case in a good area with a great school. I came up with about 4 good houses with the 4 bedrooms we wanted A master 2 smaller bedrooms that could fit a queen bed and a twin bed in it at the same time. A kitchen a dining room living room and a work room the work room was big. It had 2 floors and an in ground pool. It was my luxury dream house. It also had a basement just in cade. I knew that was the one I called and we talked about having a look in it and at it. I told Sally I was gonna go out for a bit. So I went and met the owners at the house. It was gonna be a surprise. I knew Sally would love it. The place was gorgeous inside and out it had a beautiful pool, It came with some beautiful and quality furniture. I told the owners I would love to buy the house so we set up an arrangement. I knew it was time to do what I have been waiting for. I have been waiting a long time but I'll give it one more day.....
