Chapter 1

"Estela, you brat, wake up!" - 6:10 AM
"Estela don't make me come in there and pull those damn blankets off you." - 6:20 AM
"Estela for the love of christ can you please just get up?" - 6:30 AM
"Ok that's it young lady, you're being a pain in the ass and feet'm going to be late for work, I hope" Before she could finish her sentence Estela came running down the stairs with her backpack, book she was currently reading, All the life is, and one sock on.
"Well, good morning mother, aren't you looking dapper today!" She said kissing her mother on the cheek, leaving her speechless. "Now, mom, I don't want you late for work, so you best get going now! I mean I do have school." Smiling at her mother now, her mom shifted her eyes to her purse and jacket and laughed
"You're such a brat, have a good day at school." She walked towards the door and stopped quickly and turned around and put her two fingers pointing at her eyes, doing that thing that people do when they want to say "I'm watching you" Estela just smiles and blows a kiss to her mom, as she turned around her siblings were in the kitchen eating breakfast. Her brother was on his cell phone, like usual, probably talking to the tenth girlfriend he had this month. Estela was close with her brother when they were younger, he was that brother that protected her from bullies, always ran after them when they would make her cry. He had different features on him than her and her sister, he looked more like dad than he did mom. Dad hasn't been around for a few years now, and no one knows what he's been up to. Someone on the phone called one day to let mom know that he had moved across the country and wanted to say goodbye to the kids, but mom just slammed the phone down on the line and walked into the bathroom and "thought" about things. We all know she cried that day, and we ended up taking her out to the park, all four of us. She deserved it, she's like a modern-day superwoman.

"We ate all the cereal, good luck finding food." Her brother laughed, still not looking away
from his phone.
Estela looks at both their bowls as it's filled to the brim with cereal. Her little sister, Ivy, smiles
"Good morning Stelly!" She looked up to Estela, like most younger siblings, she didn't care for her brother Joey. However, she loved everyone in our family, be it, someone she's never met before all the way to an ant that had made it into our house and she forbidden anyone from stepping on it, as it was part of our family now. Franklin was his name, he died the next day.
"Hey joey, what's her name?" Estela smiled while hugging her sister and grabbing an apple off the table
"Hey, it's none of your business. Plus I'm not even talking to anyone, I'm watching the news." She went behind him and saw that another group of kids went missing. She bit into her apple and kept watching the video. It wasn't something you heard of on the news, and what was even weirder, is that it wasn't just the kids that went missing, it was the kid and their bed that went missing.
[reporters voice from the news] "As you can see, the children's beds have left no trace as to being moved, they simply have, disappeared. The four kids who went missing go by the names" Pictures of their faces showed up on the screen as the names did. "Maggy Pinch, Leon Kouf, Randel Merlin, and Kat West. If you see these children, please contact the authorities, or if you have any information on their whereabouts."
"Dang, another group of kids. You know, it's creepy that the beds just up and go with them, like, could the kidnapper now afford a bed for the kids they wanted or something?" Joey said laying his phone down on the table, only to pick it up after he got a buzz from said girl I asked about.
"Maybe it's part of the whole stealing thing, maybe it's a clue to find them." Estela said walking to the door, gliding her hand under the strab picking up her bag and biting her apple once more.
"What if he comes to our house and steals us too?" Ivy said getting up from the table now to go put her bowl in the sink and race to the door to wait with Estela.
She's got the cutest little backpack, it's a pony backpack with sparkles and you guessed it, pink, and purple. She was our little princess in the house, always wanting to be cute as ever. I don't think she had to try though, with her brown hair always in pigtails, no thanks to mom,
