The Lost Symbol ( Part - I) 🔱

Chapter 1

Media , papers and every where was a news and it  was hard to believe because it was out  that  there is a book who knows the secret of life and death. But the only problem was this secret was known to the bad world too..

2007 , South America

 "Can you tell me that reaction "? Steve , a scientist  in the lax-wales laboratories said.

" Why do you want  that reaction James ? ", another scientist replied.

"Because I want to try it again " James replied

"Hey, do you even know what that reaction is actually .Because it was just a stupid dream of yours and suddenly you are saying that this reaction looks like a symbol  which comes in your mind every day ?"  Steve asked 

"Believe me Steve , I mean every single word I say .Because I saw that word again and again every night .For the first time I saw it 3 years back and now I am seeing it again . In last 3 weeks I saw it four times .Believe me Steve this word is  something . Something very serious I don't know what it is , but it has something related to world."James replied.

They were talking but suddenly they listened some loud noise . Fire and the sound of gun was everywhere in the laboratories .

Three men came with their face hidden behind black scarf and wearing a dress look alike clown. They didn't asked anyone to do any thing and started firing at every person they saw.

And they killed everyone except Steve and James .

"What do you want ,please take my money and don't kill us " Steve shouted.

James was trying to hide himself  from the gunmen who was looking like scanning from his eyes for everything in that area.

A man with his gun pointed toward Steve was still silent and then a man comes in the weird leather cap.

"If you want your brother Steve to live alive then better you come with us or we will kill your brother.Come where ever you are ," the man in cap shouted.

"I am asking last time"  by pulling the trigger, the man asked again.

Then James came and four men ran toward him and gave him a circle's protection . In next five minutes he was out of sight for his brother in a car.They hit Steve on the head and next time he saw himself was in front of a police team and  lots of media team .

Slowly as he opened his eyes he saw the leading media channels were there holding their mice and saying some stuff about him.

Before he could understand anything what's going on a media crew ran toward him and pointed toward his side. 

"This is the guy who sold the security for some purpose and the reason of the deaths around. He pretends to know nothing from his innocent face" Metro news One reporter said.

Steve was holding a bag of money on his chest which he had no idea of how it came or may be he does.

" Arrest the man " - a senior cop commanded.

Before he could move , he was arrested .

MIAMI , AMERICA  (same day)

"It sounds so relaxed  here " - Prof. Langdon talking to himself.

 Just then the waiter came and gave him tickets of his flight to San Francisco .Before he could ask the waiter about the tickets,  phone rings.

"Mr. Langdon, we need your help " unknown voice.

"But who are you "?  said professor. 

"We will introduce ourselves after we meet , I can only tell you  that its an emergency and you have to reach before tomorrow morning otherwise they will kill you there in MIAMI " unknown voice.

"But how can I trust you ? " said Prof

"Either you can trust us or can die ? , depends on you .Come to us before they came to you " unknown voice.

I don't know what to do , who to trust. Professor was talking to himself. All of sudden he saw the stamp of American security stamp which they started twenty years ago. He felt little trusted but his past with this all was little bit confusing. 

Prof.decided to go to America .

At the airport while  Langdon was coming out of plane , a group of four boys came to cover him in the crowd. Langdon  was very much surprised that who the hell these guys were ?

"Hello professor , I am Matt . It was me who called you ".

"But why you guys are taking me like a prisoner ?" Langdon replied.

"It is for sake of your pro......."

Before he could complete his line , a bullet crossed very nearly  to prof and strike to a car mirror. The sound of mirror broken and mirror pieces flying closer to his eyes made him scared like never. 

"Now you can understand professor what I was saying ." Matt said and  asked him to run and enter into a running car .

Langdon ran hard reaching to the car and then he jumped inside .

"All right guys according to our plan we are going left and rest of you in right . " Matt ordered his team.

"What plan .I don't know any plan ? Langdon asked very eagerly.

"Sorry professor cant tell u right now." replied Matt.

Four cars were coming behind them and they started the rain of bullets .One bullet came and strike to the car of professor.

Professor was looking toward the bullet coming to him . He could only say "ohhhhhh nooooo !!!" but the bullet strike to the bullet proof mirror and didn't entered inside

"Its bullet proof car professor , don't worry you are safe " Matt laughed.

"Now guys ,from next signal we are exchanging the sides . Cover us " Matt said.

And then professor   realized all of their cars were of same colour . Now he  understood the plan.

Their car moved to left and rest moved  right very carefully  and they became success full to ran away.

Then prof saw the sign of SPA on the coat of Matt..

"Oho so you work for SECRET POLICE OF AMERICA "  professor said

Matt opened the car lock and ask him to come out and said "yes sir "

"Now sir you can go inside someone would like to meet you"  Matt said

"Aren't  you coming inside ?" prof asked.

"No sir , our duty is to bring you safe " Matt replied.

And then professor entered the building and then a man came toward him and put a piece of paper in his side pocket of coat .  Professor saw the page and read what was written on it.

"Please don't talk to anyone and come straight to 8th floor by using lift 3"

Professor can now understand that he is not safe even in American police security because someone can be agent of other party.

Professor then entered the lift to 8th floor  and as he came out of the lift .He was shocked with surprise on what he saw.
