Salene

Serena's pov:
"MATE!" I heard chase growl. What?! I turned to look and there standing was Salene. We found her one day while roaming our boarders. She was dirty and her clothes were ripped she looked so scared, we took her in, 2 months ago.
Chase's pov:
I looked at my beautiful mate. Her long golden hair framing her burning angelic eyes. Her right eye had some sort of marking around them, but it just made her more beautiful. I walked closer to her. Hoping I won't scare her. Instead of walking back she walked towards me and at that gesture my wolf leapt for joy.
We reached each other, gazing into each other's eyes. She smiled and hugged me. Immediately I pulled her close hugging her equally tight. "I accept you as my mate." she whispered in my ear. "I accept you as my mate." I repeated back to her. I pulled away and kissed her forehead. Everyone around us erupted in cheers. I laughed with her. Her smile is so beautiful. "I'm a lucky wolf to have you as a mate." her teared up, and smiled. "I'm the lucky one. I couldn't have asked for a better mate." I lightly pecked her lips, and smiled. The rest of the day we spent get to know each other. I learned she likes adventures and running. She's a competitive person, and extremely caring. Her favorite food is Alfredo pasta, and hates mushrooms.
"so do you have any siblings?" I asked her. She looked down, "yes." I was confused, why was she so sad? "what's wrong?" I asked "I miss them. My brothers, my mom, my dad." she whispered "why don't you go visit them?" I could tell she was holding back something. "my pack exiled me, because I was born to a human. My brothers are all full wolf." she cried, shit. "oh Salene, I'm so sorry." I hugged her close as she sobbed into my chest. A few tears my eyes too, as hers tugged at my heart. I've gotta find a way to reunite her with her family. "hey what pack are you from?" I asked her softly. "the blackshade pack." she sniffled. "it's OK, just rest. We'll talk later." I cooed and carried her to her room. As soon as she was asleep I ran off to make contact with the blackshade pack.
I arrived at their borders. The patrol man looked at me sceptically. "state your rank and business." his monotone voice ordered. "I'm alpha chase from the moonlake pack and I'm here to see your alpha." he nodded. "Kaleb, take alpha chase to alpha Jason." I followed Kaleb.
"So what business do you have with our alpha? " he asked, I couldn't help but sense a bit of hatred when he said alpha. "I'm here for my mate, do you dislike your alpha?" I asked. "He exiled my sister." Kaleb sighed, my eyes widened it couldn't be. "By any chance is your sister Salene? " I asked cautious, he stopped walking and turned to me. "how do you know her? " he demanded, "like I said I'm here for my mate." I repeated, his eyes widened. "I'm here to reunite her with you. Instead of taking me to your alpha, take me to you family and I can take you to her." he quickly nodded, and we rushed to his family. Soon Salene, you'll see them soon.
