Just "friends"

Kayla POV:

I woke up with a huge headache, Friday is suppose to be a good day but I gotta recover from this hangover. I took a long bubble bath and dried off. I put on my panties and bra and decided on wearing a tight black half shirt that said PINK in silver letters. I slipped on some ripped denim jeans, and my low top black air forces. I put in my belly ring and nose ring my my big silver hoop earrings, and begin doing my makeup. I rubbd black lipstick on my lips and put on a little mascara. I put on my silver MK watch, and my thin silver chain. I brushed through my long silky hair and let it flow down with a small part in the middle. I threw my book bag over my back and stuck my phone and keys in my pocket. I walked out my room and downstairs to see my mom cooking breakfast.

"I'm gone ma"

"Okay, have a good day and try not to get in trouble" she said tossing my a Powerade.

"Ok, thanks"

I walked out the house sipping my drink. I hopped in my car and headed ta school.

*20 min later*

I hopped out my car to see all my friends waiting on me including Chris.

"Hey y'all"

"Hey bestie"

I hugged Serenity, and hugged Chris.

"I don't get a hug"

I looked at August like he was crazy, and finally side hugged him.

He chuckled and we all walked into the school, and got our breakfast and sat down. I sipped my Powerade while scrolling through IG.

"Kayla, and Serenity can I talk to y'all outside fa a moment"

I looked up to see Kashayla, and rolled my eyes, what possibly does this animal gotta say ta me.

"Why"

"I need a talk wit y'all about sum"

Serenity mentally rolled her eyes but finally got up. Then I noticed she had on some destroyed shorts, and black tank and black airforces with gold thick chain, a Rolex, and and a snapback my girl was looking fye. She kissed August before walking out the cafeteria and I got up and followed her. We walked outside and stood with our arms crossed and she stood in front of us wearing some skinny jeans, a heats jersey, and some black Jordan's with her hair straightened.

"So"

"Look, Im sorry for disrespecting you Serenity and slapping you, and I'm sorry fa calling you out ya name Kayla and I want to stop all the drama, I think we could be friends"

"You slept with my man"

"He said he was single, he said he was gonna make me his girl, I had no idea I swear, I'm not a slut I just don't sleep around with taken people, I'm sorry"

"Ight"

"We good"

Serenity nodded, and she looked at me and I nodded.

"Sorry fa coming at you the wrong way"

"It's good, I'm Kashayla call me Shayla"

"I already know"

"I know, we need a fresh start"

"Well I'm Kayla, you can call me anything you would like since we cool"

"Ight"

"I'm serenity glanton call me anything you would like as well"

She smiled.

"Well I'm hungry lets eat breakast"

We all walked back inside and took a seat and I sipped my juice.

"Wassup Kayla"

I looked up ta see Jeremih hiding some girls hand. I fainlty smiled and waved, and he took a seat beside me, and the girl sat on the other side.

"You good"?

"I'm fine"

He nodded before beginning to eat his breakfast. I ran my fingers through my hair, and got up.

"Where you going"? Serenity asked.

"Restroom"

"You okay"

"I'm fine"

I grabbed my bookbag and walked out the cafateria and into the restroom. I went into a stall and begin to cry. I know me and Jeremih broke up but to see him move on so fast hurts me to my soul because I love him so much and I still regret to this day cheating on him. I put my head in my hands and cried, then heard the bathroom door clothes and stopped.

"Kayla"

"Yea"

"You okay"

"Yea, ill be out in a minute"

"Okay"

I heard the door close, and grabbed tissue. I walked out the stall and looked into the mirror to see makeup stains on my face.
I wet my tissue, and slowly wiped my face. I reached in my bookbag, and pulled out my.makeup kit and fixed myself up. I fixed my hair, and walked out the bathroom to see Jeremih, Chris, August, and Serenity waiting on me.

"You good"? August asked.

"Could everyone please stop asking me that, its getting annoying, I'm fine, let's head ta class"

Everyone nodded, and I speedily got ta class. I sat in the back, and put my head down.

*end of the day*

Chris has been trying ta talk ta me all day, but I'm not in the mood, I know we shared a kiss and all but I'm still not over Jeremih just quite yet. I hopped in my car ta see Chris standing in front of the school door scanning the parking lot looking for me. I didn't want ta speak ta him, so I cranked up my car and pulled off fastly and looked in my rear view mirror ta see him.jogging toward me but finally stopping. I got home shortly and parked my car, and hopped out locking my doors. I walked into my house ta see my mom laying on the couch asleep. I covered her up with a blanket and turned off the t.v, and decided to start on dinner since my mom is obviously tired off from work.
