Falling Unexpectedly(Destiel highschool au)

Prologue

Castiel Novak was nothing special, at least in his eyes. All he saw was a nerdy kid, with blue eyes and dark hair. Boring. Normal. Now, he never was

quite the popular one, but he was expecting even less tomorrow, seeing as it was his first day at a new school. His family had moved to Lawrence, Kansas, to get away from the busyness of a big city. The smaller town was going to take some getting used to.

He was terrified of how the people here would treat him. He had left all his friends back in his home town, and he really was rubbish at making friends. maybe it was his awkwardness, or his tendency to use fancier words. Maybe he just was too distant, but in the end it all meant that this was most likely going to be hell.

Dean Winchester was popular, good looking, tough, but not necessarily the best in school. It wasn't that he wasn't smart, he just didn't try. He'd rather be home working on his dad's old 67 Chevy Impala. It technically was Deans, but he could only get it if he could fix it, which could take awhile.

Dean's little brother, Sam, was basically the complete opposite. He did well in school, actually enjoyed school, and, well, wasn't very good with girls. The Winchester clan was quite crazy, John and Mary having to deal with two teenage boys.

Tomorrow was Monday and Dean wasn't even bothering with his homework, stating his "priorities" were with the car, school coming last out of everything. Tomorrow he was breaking up with his long-time girlfriend, Lisa. She had been the only girl he'd been able to stick with for long, but things were just getting too serious for Dean. He busied himself with thoughts of his "baby", the Impala, rather than worrying about her reaction.
