I never felt so bad for myself, I hated how I acted - pathetic. "You couldn't even give me a short text back?! How about a "I'm busy, I'll text you later"? Was it too hard for you? " I burst. My anger getting the best of me. She kept quiet.
"Wow, so this is how much I mean to you." I stood up, about to leave the place, a place that I knew will now haunt me.
She grabbed my wrist and hugged me. " I'm sorry." was all she said After that was a blur, I think we fought for awhile before I forgave her. I think that was my first mistake.
"I got a tattoo!" She exclaimed when we were laying on the ground, watching the stars. She pulled the hems of her pants down a tiny bit and I see it. "It means I can't keep promises." She whispered. I don't think I was suppose to hear it but I did, and it broke my heart, just a tiny bit.
I was kinda angry at her, I wanted to be there when she got it. "Why didn't you wait for me to come so I could be there with you?" She kept silent. Again in a whisper she spoke, " I didn't want you there." And then my heart just stopped.
I pretended like I didn't hear anything, but even until after I went back home and laid in my bed, that was the only thing in my mind.
I.
Didn't.
Want.
You.
There.

Hey baby, I'm on my way :) She texted, I felt excited, the butterflies in my stomach were fluttering. She was going to sleep over for the first time at my place. I was smiling to myself, waiting for her to come. I think I fell asleep waiting.
"Baby.." I felt a kiss on my forehead. "Baby, open your eyes..." I obliged. I saw her and smiled. "Happy birthday my princess." She kissed me, she quickly gets off the bed. I rub my eyes while she was setting down her bag.
"When did you arrive?" I yawned.
"About 5 minutes ago... But I didn't want to wake you up, you look so beautiful." She gave me a side glance with her breathtaking smile. "Okay, baby. Guess what's your present?!" She was grinning, her hand in her bag. She seemed so excited.
"You?" I smirked and caused her to roll her eyes. "C'mon baby, you already have me." I shrug giving up going to hug my pillow.
"Oh baby" She frowned, taking out a big plastic bag. She grins back at me. "I got you food. All your favourites." I groaned, hiding the happiness I had filling in me. "I swear you're making me fat." She laughed before jumping into bed.
"I love you baby girl. Happy Birthday old lady."

It was her birthday. She just came back from another city. I sat under the stars outside my house waiting for her. I had found out something I shouldn't have. I'm an incredibly jealous person. And jealousy filled me.
I felt warm arms hug me from behind, "I missed you, princess." I frowned but quickly smiled. "And I missed you too."
"What's wrong?" Was I really that transparent? I shook my head saying nothing. "Come on, no secrets remember?" She held my face in her palms. "Baby..."
Swallowing my tears, I gulp, speaking in my weakest voice. "Don't call me that when you call another girl that..."
