I still couldn't get over the fact that I was kissing my own best friend and it was my best friend who started that.
"oh my god vernon! you didn't just do that!" I said, running my hand through my hair and rolled my eyes at him. I eyed him suspiciously and he slightly tilts his head, making a strand of hair fall to his eyes. I closed my eyes for a few seconds, before opening them again only to be greeted by vernon standing in front of me, his face not too close but not too far either.
"but I just did that." he responded , putting one of his hands onto my cheek and he leans in to press his forehead against mine. I felt my own cheeks burn.
"just wrong. too wrong for our own good!" I fight back, I can hear him chuckle and his expression changes in a matter of seconds, his smiling eyes are now back to normal and he's looking at me deeply in the eyes.
I tried to back away from him but he stopped me by wrapping an arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.
"chill, we're only friends." he smiles cheekily, but soon it turns into a smirk "or you want more?"
