His face lit up in glee when the word left your mouth and he pulled you into a hug,
"Thank you so so sooo much Y/n!" He grinned while hugging you happily
"Heh.. No problem." You laughed nervously
I hope I don't regret this... He seems to be in a better mood now though.
Maybe it won't be so bad..?
"Alright, let's go sweetheart~!" He exclaimed as he took your hand in his and led the way
The walk was pretty peaceful, neither of you really talked except for the few random comments on the weather.
You two reached the park in no time, and it was almost empty. There were some kids playing at the little playground set up, but their parents were trying to persuade them that it was time to go home for supper.
"We should've bought some food and had a picnic of something." You spoke up, sitting on a nearby bench
"Yeah... Uh, Y/n, let's go over here instead." Springtrap said as he reached for your hand
"But I'm comfortable here." You pouted
"No, we gotta go over there." Springtrap pointed to a small path in the forest
"Um... Why...?" You were generally confused now "are you trying to hide from someone or something..?" You looked around
"No! It's just... Uh.... You'll see why when we get there.." He scratched the back of his neck awkwardly and looked down
"Uh...?" This kinda worried you now, what was he planning..?
"Wait, you're not gonna murder or try to kidnap me now, are you?"
"NO Y/n! Jesus fucking hell! I wouldn't do that to you!" Well, that seemed to have struck a nerve
"Okay, okay! My mistake, I'm sorry, just calm down." You put your hands up in defence
He let out a long sigh
"Look, I'm sorry for yelling at you..." He looked away "But can you please just follow me this one time...?" He slowly put his hand out to you
"....Alright..." You said, taking his hand
After walking down the path, you were greeted with a blanket with a little picnic basket set up.
"Oh my god! You seriously planned this?!"
Springtrap just nodded, smiling like an idiot.
That's cute you thought as you gave him a cute dorky smile back.
You two sat and talked for what felt like forever, and ate the delicious food springtrap has packed; which just so happened to be all of your favourite dishes, much to your surprise and delight.
Within no time the sun had dropped, pulling the purple and pink hues of sunset with it until you were both surrounded in the tranquil night. You sat in springtraps arms the whole time after you constantly complained about the temperature dropping, leaning into his chest you soon feel into
