Lots of people wanted shading and coloring tutorials, so I will combine them hehehhehhh >:3
1. Oki, so just start off with whatever lineart you want. I'll just use a face.

2. (Pencil) Start with your base. You can always add on later, or remove later. Thank gosh for erasers. If you aren't shading hair, then use the edge of your pencil. If you want a really even shade, then use a paper stump to blend. If you don't have one, you can use your fingers.

3. (Pencil) Add darker areas. This helps with contrast. Then you can go in with your eraser and add lighter parts. Once again, paper stumps are very helpful.

4. (Markers) Like pencil, you want to start off with a base color. I just did the eyes so this tutorial wouldn't go on forever. If you aren't coloring hair, don't make distinct lines with your marker! That will make it very uneven.

5. (Markers) Now you should add contrast by using a darker marker. Draw in places that recieve less light. Blend it by going back over it with the base color. Highlight areas with light colors to make the drawing pop.

Do you need any more tutorials? I wanna do some specific tutorials, like how to draw eyes or how to draw hair. Specific ones are more fun for me, I guess... heh.
