I wish I had words no one knew
And I watched as the bird flew
All the kids worrying about who to screw
And if only they knew
All the hateful words they throw
And all the haters they know
And the sadness they pretend not to know
But sadness lurks
Much like a crow
But their lost
In all the bubble gum they blow
They fake a smile
As they choke down vile
They bury their feelings
And do social media's biddings
Creating "perfection"
Leaking into their minds like infection
All because they ache for affection
They ignore the affliction
Brain washed teens
And oblivious grown ups
And they judge the unconformests
Calling them screw ups
Social media brain washes
As the blind watches
