Maybelle was a 15 year old girl, she was on vacation at a hotel. This hotel was called Madison Pearl's Hotel and Retreat. The hotel was fancy and every room was different, it was a grand hotel where mostly rich people stayed. But Maybelle's family was lucky and they got to stay in the hotel for a low price. The second day Maybelle was there she went to the pool alone at night. Nobody was with her and it was dark and quiet. She was walking around the pool and slipped, she fell in and hit her head. She screamed and yelled but nobody could help her. She reached her hands up out of the pool but there was no hope, Maybelle drowned and the next day her body was found at the bottom of the pool. A few weeks later they shut down the hotel because nobody was coming. And now some weird stuff happens. At night Maybelle's spirit stands at the front desk greeting people and selling them rooms then taking them to the pool and pushing them in, making them suffer just like she had.
