Jeff POV
My alarm sounded causing me too reach over to my phone to turn it off. I stretch a little before climbing out of bed and pulling on some sweats. I head to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth before heading to the kitchen.
Have to feed me and my baby something to eat this morning.
I pull some eggs out of the fridge, pull down some bread, cinnamon, sugar, and juice from the fridge. I grab a bowl and crack a few eggs in it before turning on the stove and buttering down the pan. I proceeded to make French toast and after preparing a few pieces, I top it with strawberry slices and o.j. I turn off the stove and grabbed her stuff before heading to the basement. When I make my way down the steps, I see her figure was curled up under the sheets as she slept peacefully. I took a little time to admire her beauty before going to wake her up for her meal.
"Nye, baby wake up so you can eat something." I spoke softly, shaking her awake. She stirs a little before opening those Angel eyes and looking right at me. Shockingly, a smile takes over her features causing my heart to hammer in my chest.
"Good Morning." She whispers before sitting up and stretching. "That's for me?" I nod, "You're so sweet." I just sat there astounded as she reached out and retrieved the items from me before praying and munching on her food.
I must be dreaming. She's not fighting me? Not giving me the silent treatment or cursing me out?
"You're not gonna eat?" She asks, snapping me out of my confused mental rant.
"Uh, yeah of course. I have to go fix myself something so enjoy your breakfast love." I say, planting a kiss to her forehead and heading back upstairs.
Are things looking up for me?
Nyemiah POV
I watch after Jeff as he strolls out of the basement, up the steps. Once the door is closed, I release a relieved breath. I had been thinking about my plan all night and I knew that with time, I could finally achieve my goal. As I sit and eat my morning meal, and can't help but think about what Liam is doing, if he went to go get help right after he realized I never returned from the bathroom.
If only my dad cared enough to protect me.
I shake my head of the thoughts, realizing that I can't blame him for my mishaps. He wasn't there when I decided to entertain Jeff. He wasn't there when I flirted, or worse, when he gave me head. Maybe that's the problem, he wasn't there period. He wasn't there to stop me from falling into the wrong traps. He wasn't there to teach me how to get a man's attention respectfully. That hurts you know.
I finish munching on the little food I have left before putting the plate down and downing the remaining contents of my drink. Afterwards, I head to the bathroom to see exactly what's in there. I really needed a shower and a change of clothes, which I hope he has somewhere in this room. Turning on the faucet to he sink, I look back at the reflection looking at me. How could I have been so....easy? Stop it Nye, there's no need in downing your mistakes now. You done did the deed, now it's time to step up and handle your mistakes like a boss.
After finding a brush and paste, I proceed to brush my teeth. I then finish, and grab a rag and towel from below the sink. Going over to the shower, I turn it on and hop in, not caring for the temperature. I quickly was off with the Dove soap I found and I realized that Jeff actually did care, but it...just wasn't a normal type. That's what pushes me to my plan. I turn off the water after rinsing and I get out and dry off before pulling the towel around me and exiting the bathroom.
Upon exiting I see Jeff collecting the morning grub, turning he faces me and his mouth looks as though it was frozen open. I pull my towel tighter around me, unable to contain the blush that taints my cheeks. Then I remember my plan, and my hands loosen, along with my facial expression as it turns from shy to seductive.
"Jeff, I was wondering if I had any more clothes here because I don't wanna run around in the same clothes all the time." I pout as I make my way over to him and I think my forwardness is surprising him because his cheeks turn pink and his hands start to shake.
"Uh-Um....y-yeah. Over in t-the closet." He stutters before clearing his throat and rubs his hand over his pants before looking away from me. I peck him on the cheek before making my way over to the closet.
"Thanks." I throw over my shoulder before opening the closet and shockingly finding some of my things from home over here. It causes a chill to run down my spine.
He's been in my bedroom? How many times? When?
I snap from the creepy questions floating around in my head at the sound of the door closing. I turn and see that Jeff had high tailed it out of here and I give myself a little smirk.
Putty in my hands is what he'll be when I'm done with him....
